Craftmaster Hardware, LLCReviews of craftmasterhardware.com

I had a wonderful experience with Craftmaster Hardware, LLC. From the first phone call, the customer service was amazing. I needed keys for holding cells in the courthouse. The original company is no longer in business (Folger Adams) and I was having a hard time finding a company to make the keys. John Ahearn was extremely helpful and professional. He let me know exactly what he needed and how the process would work. The process was a smooth one and the prices charged were very fair. I would highly recommend this company! Great service!!

Poor Item display,pictures,models ,etc.

I got this survey before my order, so I cant review any product specifically, however the fact I still don't have my stuff causes me to give 3 stars instead of what I assume would have been 5 stars.

We recently ordered a Key Machine from Craftmaster it was fantastic . service was quick we actually thought it’s gonna take about a month for the product to come in but within three weeks or less the machine arrived and worked great .we would definitely order and recommend craft master

I received my order in great time.

I was looking for a specific door latch and Craftmaster had what I needed, at a reasonable price and quick delivery. When I placed the order, I accidentally put the wrong billing address. Contacted them immediately and all was taken care of. AND they actually called me, introduced themselves and told me that my order was on it's way...no email...a PERSONAL phone call. Don't see that these days. Will DEFINITELY work with them in the future!

The best experience to buy online with them.

Fast and precise
