I made a order on 12.31.2019. After 2 week I called and was told that I was waiting on a back order item. He told me it would be 2 more weeks. Called back 10 day later looking for my older. I was told I was waiting for a different item that was on back order. She said she could ship what she had and when the back order comes in she would ship it to me. The only item that I really need is a replacement part to my spinner and that was the item that's on back order. The first time I called i was waiting on a drilling jig. I think the shipping charges should be dropped because I waited so long. I did receive partial order 4 week after placing the order.
