Craftmaster was good on delivery time but the item I ordered was not compatible with existing door hardware. So I spoke with John Ahern and requested a return authorization and after he tried to email the procedure for returns, I never received it. I went to your web site last week, entered all required information and still have received nothing. This item is a Sargent 28K-LL-26D nightlatch lever, cost $222 and I would really like to return it for credit and purchase the correct set. I would appreciate a call or an email to resolve this issue.,.

I would buy these again.. The product (locking key rings) are nice. Some difficulties placing the order but finally went through. Took longer than expected to arrive but I admit to being somewhat spoiled by Amazon Prime. Will gladly wait a couple of extra days to nit use Amazon.

I finally received my order and I am completely satisfied with the Key-Rings I purchased. Only issue I had was I had to ask for a order status and tracking number and it was only after I requested the information, the information was promptly provided.
