Hello, I do sincerely apologize for the shipping delays. As I create and produce custom craft supplies, supply chain issues can arise. Furthermore, I was working with a third-party center at the time of your review that was not fulfilling orders on time. As Craft Kitsune is my pride & joy, I have since taken over fulfillment again in-house to gain control over the order process. Hello, I apologize for any confusion. It is listed in several places that you have until the 10th of the month to cancel or skip a renewal to avoid being charged. I refund your initial order and renewal (both had not shipped) as a result of our email correspondence. Edit: The policy is listed in several places: on the front page, in the Terms&Conditions, in emails, and more. -Liz
