I have worked with resin so, I knew what to do, BUT for those that are just starting out I think a few instructions would be helpful for them to attain a completed finished project they could be proud of. Other then that I have had so much fun trying to make my fish look like koi fish. Wasn't sure what the one part of the mold was until I filled it with white resin, took it out and found out it was a frog, so thrilled, Now I can make little frogs! Can't wait till next month's box gets here!

I have only just subscribed but I enjoy the couple of molds I've gotten so far. Eager to get my first subscription box!

Awesome customer service!

While this is my first purchase, I was not sure what I was expecting. I was slightly disappointed when I got my package. It was understandably in a bag mailer, but there was nothing else in it, no instruction and the instruction on the bottle is are not in English. Being a beginner I would have loved to have them on hand and not have to continually refer back to the site. I ho however love that they have that option and a video tutorial as well. Honestly, I think the product itself is great just would have liked on hand instructions. Thank you.

HI, although I love your items and they seem to be good quality, I do think it needs a little more things included for the price. Similar to Sophie and Toffee. I know your company is still growing but I definitely think more things can be included in some of the boxes. perhaps more findings or pigments. Even more or a little larger molds. It feels a little too empty, the box.

Always interesting to look at the unique products in the subscription boxes. Very easy to shut on and off the subscription based on my needs. I have purchased many boxes and only once did I have an issue with a product. (Two-part resin did not cure due to, I believe, inaccurate instructions on the mix ratio between the resin and hardener).
