I received my order very fast but there was an item missing. I sent a message and got a reply within 24hrs. A few hours after that I got a tracking number for the item. It was also here swiftly. All the service was great. Everything was fast and friendly. I appreciated the help I received and the swiftness. The items I ordered were also wonderful quality.

The owner always amazes me with awesome craft kits and exclusive molds. This month's kit was great and jam packed full of crafty goodies. I also purchased the storage mold and am happy that someone have finally designed a mold for organizing the small stuff in life.
