SCAM!!!! I paid for a eccommerce website to get build. I paid them $3,100 for my website in full. Promise after Promise a guy name jhonathan telling my website is done and look like it is ready to launch. One year later!!!! My website still not live for my customers to shop. I asked for a refund nicely didn't work, I cursed at their reps didn't work. Had to file disputes with my bank and PayPal to try to get my money back. Spread the word on Craftive Studios Social Media Accounts to warn people this company is a scam!! Better Business Bureau told me they are working under a different name. But they are still located in Dallas, Texas. Advice get your website built somewhere else or you would be scammed and lose your money like I did.

You expect to get your project done in one year.

I used there services for web design and development on July- 2013, BIG MISTAKE! There services is horrible! The took my $1,000 and never ever delivered what I wanted and took them for ever to do the website. I asked for total refund?, they NEVER did I even argued with the guy name Kevin Marshall Account Manager as well as Greg Adams, they were totally was idiots and ignorant along with the poor customer service! when I call to complain about the site not being delivered on time, he (Kevin Marshall) started yelling at me when I called asking for my refund as their website craftive.com states, he told me to SHUT-UP and listen to me!!! I was totally in shock to hear that! So long story short, DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS IDIOTS AND SCAMMERS FOR ANY ANYYYY OF YOUR PROJECTS!!

Don't buy anything from them they are claiming they are in UK while they are not more like in US spent £700 which I claimed that back from paypal. They are only good at designing logos they are not good at website design.

I requested a logo to be designed for my company and paid them their money through PayPal. I had a date for the first design concepts and almost 2 weeks later was yet to hear anything from them. They did not respond to emails, their live chat was always unavailable, and no one answered the phone. I would avoid this company at all costs, they are obviously incompetent and you will never be able to get in touch with them. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so logged a dispute and got my money. PayPal said they will log a formal investigation against the company.

As much as I hate to do this, but I have been dealing with these people for close to 2 months now. They can't seem to get my web site up in a correct manner. I have demanded my full 100% guarantee, which on their web site states, and I have had NO luck. I paid for my web site, Facebook page along with YouTube and Twitter. Well, I built my own Facebook page because they couldn't do it, I didn't need a Twitter page because I don't Twitter, and my YouTube page is just as bad, if not worse, then my web site. For 2 weeks now they claim they have made the corrections to the site and they have yet to do ANYTHING correctly. I paid for a Facebook page that I designed, but they're still charging me for it. How does that work??? Every time I call their number I get a recording that there is no one at that extension. When they do answer the phone it's quite evident they are all from India because of their strong accents, and they all have American first names and last names. Talk about a cover up! I have since hired a new company and I'm STILL waiting for my refund. They claim on their web site that they are a 100% money back guarantee company, and by the look of it I'm going to have to get my credit card company involved now. I urge very strongly to ANYONE looking for a web designer, DON"T use CRAFTIVE! They WILL rip you off, trust me! Their customer service, well, they don't have one. But when someone does call you, they sugar coat all their mistakes and insult your intelligence. Not worth the headache!!

This company is a pure rip off, I have to share this so other people do not get ripped off by them. They are good at making logos, and that's it, when it comes to web design they are completely incompetent to finish a website, they won't be able to provide you with a single live sample website that they have designed, please also note that they have a page called "Media and reviews" and which they write in the bottom "Testimonial" with a picture as if it's a video from a customer, however it is no video and no Testimonial. Below that you find an icon with the text ""The Best Web Developers Award"" which is also home made by themselves. You will not find a single customer who would recommend them. I was struggling with them for 2 years building a website, which they promised can be ready in 6 weeks. When you call them, the people who pick up the phone have no clue about anything, when you request changes they wont complete them. Believe me, this is the first time I write a review on any company, I just could not stand idle by this total corrupted business. Someone needs to take them to court and get them to repay all their customers stolen money. a ripped off customer

Craftive did a tremendous work for me. Gave them 3 logos creation, it turned out really well. From initial concepts to the final execution of the work, designers helped me a lot and I simply love their work.
