Hey sir!
I'm sorry to hear you still don't have your holster. If you ordered a holster that was available in stock when placing your order and selected the fastest shipping option, but the package still hasn't arrived, please contact me at [email protected] or share your order number here and I'll do all I can to help you out.
However, if you ordered a holster that WAS NOT available in stock for the selected configuration, please understand that it first has to be made, which takes a couple of weeks (which you're informed about prior to paying for your order). Even if you select the fastest shipping option, the package cannot be shipped while your order is still in production.

Floppy piece of leather
Holster was like a cheap piece of leather folded and stitched at the back. Appeared to be formed but not sure to what. Retention strap was floppy and wouldn’t break excess material on the strap kept pushing off the safety. Had better holsters from the toy isle when I was a kid.

28 day's to wait for a premium holster…
28 day's to wait for a premium holster that cost $109, the breaking in process is near impossible without theirs or a leather softener. Security Snap Retention wasn't nearly long enough regardless of stretching, had to cut it off then sand smooth with my dremel to remove sharp edges. Never reached out about a refund as I'm somewhat happy, however the reassurance of the warranty being voided and how they can't help me with a claim that I never...claimed; was not only appropriate but greatly appreciated thanks Filip.

Hey sir!
I'm very sorry to hear you couldn't be happy with your new holster the way it came in. Unfortunately, when it comes to wet-molded holsters, despite every single one of them being checked for a perfect fit after they are made, they sometimes tend to shrink a bit (including straps) on their way to you as the fresh leather is drying out while in transit. That's why a proper break-in is sometimes simply inevitable. I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with how your feedback was handled, but I my colleague was just following our standard procedure. It's quite important to let us know about any problem you might have with a particular holster before you decide to fix it yourself.
When it comes to how long it took for the holster to be delivered, please, take into account that if you order something that's not available in stock for the configuration you select, it has to be made first, which is why we always notify you guys of both stock availability as well as estimated production time and delivery date.
If you wish to pursue a claim, let me know at my email address ([email protected]) or simply reply here, but include your order number too, please (6 digits).
Once again, I apologize for the trouble caused and I thank you for your understanding when it comes to our returns/warranty terms.

Ordered their chest holster
Ordered their chest holster. Leather craftsmanship is excellent, but there is a nylon webbing adjustment strap that is too short and appears to be improperly stitched.
First they offered to sell me an extension for $15, but I sent them a copy of their product description saying standard size fits 51 inch chest. My rig spans 40 inches max.
Since then it has been email and wait. They only respond once a day, so this is drawing out for a week now. The latest request is I send them a photo of me wearing the rig. Hello? Did I mention it does not fit?
Very frustrating customer service process for an otherwise very quality leather holster.
Oh, and the revolver cartridge loops are too loose. Even though I sent them a video showing this, they requested I send them a photo. I guess they do not know how to pause a video and capture a screen shot?

Hey sir!
First and foremost, thank you for your kind words regarding the craftsmanship put into our holsters! :)
Now, I wholeheartedly apologize for the issue your new chest holster came with, and even more so for the fact I'm replying to this only now.
However, my colleagues have informed me your claim has already been solved by issuing you a replacement holster. I do believe the replacement holster will fit well, not just your gun, but also your build.
At the same time, I'm sorry for the fact your conversation with the customer care dpt has been dragging on for longer than you'd like to, but please, try to understand there's time difference between us and that we have limited capacities too.

Ordered a holster that was not for the gun I ordered for. Contacted their customer service and all I got was the run around. This company is located in an eastern European country and I guess they feel they don't need to worry about customer satisfaction. Don't buy from this company!

Ordered a Holster that was supposed to…
Ordered a Holster that was supposed to be specific to my pistol. Didn't come close to fitting, even after I bought their break in kit and followed the exact instructions. I would look elsewhere for a new holster.
Response from Craft HolstersJun 22, 2023
Hey sir!
I'm very sorry that your new holster doesn't fit your pistol. If we're talking about a leather holster, please, do run it through the break-in procedure, as wet-molded holsters do tend to shrink a bit on their way to you.
Here's our break-in guide - https://www.craftholsters.com/break-in-guide
If it doesn't help, sir, do let my colleagues know at "[email protected]" and I'm sure they'll find a solution to the problem.

Waste of $220
Bought a custom measurement shoulder holster. Not even close to fitting. Waste of $220. Since the product ships from (and I assume is made) in Slovakia why not ask for measurements in the metric system instead of inches? It’s more important to get the measurements right than pretend you’re an American company. Quality looks good. It’s a shame I can’t use it.

Hey sir!
I'm very sorry to hear the harness your new shoulder rig came with doesn't work for you. Please, contact my colleagues at "[email protected]" and I'm sure they'll get you a replacement harness in the correct size.
