After waiting for 2 months for a custom fit holster, it finally arrived. It did not fit the pistol, so I followed their instructions for fitting the holster, working on it for an hour or two a day and letting it sit overnight with the pistol in a plastic bag in the holster. After 10 days the holster fits the pistol sitting on my bench, but once you put it on NOTHING is getting the pistol out. They only offer a store credit, who wants store credit after an experience like this???

Crap holters made cheaper than dirt. Save your money's and get a real holster. I will never order one from them, really disappointed. Rather pay $275.00 for a well hand made higer quality one. Paper thin and no lieing the worst of the worst. I paid $130 for a pile of nothing/crap Beware on the quality.

Hey sir! I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your new holster. Even though I believe your new holster isn't as bad as you've just said it was, you can, of course, return it. Please, to do so, contact my colleagues at [email protected] and I'm sure they'll offer a solution to the problem you're having the holster. Regards, Al from Craft Holsters

here's how it works. you order a holster, it ships from slovakia, it takes a really long time, so you think they're actually spending time perfecting it. you finally receive it (after paying about $100). but the holster isn't really made to a custom fit; it is simply a "sleeve" of cheap leather that fits any gun, albeit poorly. insult to injury, the holster has some lame etching on the side to mimic some leather work! here's the fun part...no refunds for any reason! store credit only! but wait, there's more...you need to take at least 5 pictures of the gun and holster, at different angles, so they can instruct you on how to "break in" this cheap piece of crap. after all this, you will enjoy a 25% re-stocking charge, and you get to eat the freight charges. congrats! you got ripped off by "craft" holsters! me too!

Hey sir! Firstly, I'm sorry to hear your new holster is not what you'd like it to be. If there's any design problem with the holster, then I'm sure my colleagues will be able to fully compensate you, but to find out whether that's the case, they really need the pictures they asked for. If the pictures show there's nothing unusual going on with the holster, then the mentioned restocking fee has to be applied if you wish to return a holster that's alright as far as quality and design goes. If the holster doesn't fit, that's a whole different case. My colleagues will ask for pictures so that they can advise how to properly break-in the holster. However, if the break-in procedure doesn't help adjust the holster for the perfect fit, then I'm sure you'll get compensated. If you believe your case hasn't been solved right, please, let me know what your order number was by posting it here or sending it over to my email - [email protected]. I'll be more than happy to ask my colleagues to look into your case again and find a way to solve the problem with your holster to your satisfaction. Regards, Al from Craft Holsters

Long story short - holster produce did not fit my pistol. They made a second attempt, but sent the holster the incorrect delivery address after I told them ( they would not/could not change the delivery address) . So no holster, money spent, and somewhere is their second attempt holster. And no telephone number to speak with someone ....... buy American made !

Hey sir! I apologize for only reacting now. Sir, I'm very sorry for the kind of experience you had and if there's a chance to make you feel better about the entire issue, I'd love to do that, albeit a bit later than I should have. Sir, please, if you still haven't received the replacement holster, please, let me know and I'll see what I can do for you. Don't forget to send your order number (6 digits) along with your response here, please. Regards, Al from Craft Holsters

Ordered a holster for my Colt M45 A1 1911 rail gun. Receive the holster and the firearm would NOT fit. It was obvious the holster was for a NON RAIL firearm. In fact it fit my other 1911 non rail pistols perfectly. I requested an exchange for a rail holster. After sending photos and explanations my claim was denied. They said to follow the break in procedures. It would have been like fitting a round peg in a square hole!! I am a licensed FFL holder and owner of a sporting goods company. I have an extensive collection of 1911 pistols and am well versed in 1911 pistols and holsters. Customer service treated me like I was clueless. I have a number of other holsters I need but will NEVER deal with Craft again. I should have stuck with Galco!!

I bought a holster from you guys on 6 April was supposed to be here within 2 to 4 days. It is now 17 April and I still don’t have my holster and I paid for the extra days to get here early.

Hey sir! I apologize for not replying earlier, but I'd like to check in and see if you've already received the holster. At the same time, sir, please understand that when ordering a holster configuration (gun model, hand, color) that's not in stock at a given time, your products have to be made first and only then they can be sent to you. When it comes to deliver window, it only starts once all the products on your order have been produced. In other words, even if you pay for expedited shipping, the delivery window only starts once the last item on your order is ready. Hope this explains the situation. Regards, Al from Craft Holsters

I gave one star because of customer service. I order a shoulder holster paid 175$. It was to big and I couldn’t adjust it any smaller. I contacted the company via email ( no PHONE NUMBER) I’ve been dealing with this now for 7 business days and still no resolve. If i would’ve know they were based in Europe without a phone number I would’ve never ordered through this company. I have since ordered through URBAN holsters on the phone I was able to speak to someone to make sure what I was ordering will fit properly. Urban holsters has much much better customer service as you can actually speak to someone. I don’t even want to deal with this company anymore. I will keep the big holster and move on as I stated in the email I’ve sent them. Lessons learned Okay I read their response it is auto generated BS Yes, after posting this review I received a phone call, 5 days after I requested that they call me still NO HELP! 1st they said they’d return it, now their telling me it will work for me hahaha ik it doesn’t. They really don’t care about customer service because they know once you buy it you’re stuck. That’s okay I’ve CALLED urban holsters they actually answer the phone direct, helped me with what I needed and should have it by Monday. I will NEVER ever order through this company again. Move on
