I ordered a holster to fit an American…
I ordered a holster to fit an American Pistol 4.5 inch. I received a good looking holster but the fit is way off. It took two days of stretching the holster to get it to stop pulling the slid back on my gun and forget about the strap, there is no way to stretch it the three quarters of an inch it needs. Luckily it fits a smaller s&w 40 like a glove. Did they use the wrong template? I reviewed the holster twice on their storefront but they are not allowing my reviews to post nor do they respond. Makes you wonder....

I'm very sorry to hear the holster didn't fit the gun you initially wanted it for, although I'm convinced you could easily stretch the strap if you follow our break in guide - https://www.craftholsters.com/break-in-guide. Anyways, glad to hear you found another gun you can use the holster with. However, if you're within 30 days of receiving your holster, you can still return it. Now when it comes to my colleagues, I'm sorry if you haven't heard back from them, but it's quite likely their emails simply ended in the spam folder.
