Kannapolis NC, was not busy as it was 4pm. Waitress was busy doing nothing, finally ordered ….. took long time to receive food. He ordered breakfast, county ham was not country ham but more like regular ham fried. I ordered chicken and dumplings, they were warm but tasted like they came from a can! I was looking forward to visiting but completely disappointed. Won’t be back for a long while maybe never. Won’t miss it Store is always fun but mostly overpriced.

Used online waitlist, had to wait twice as long as originally told. Waitress was OK, but it took a long time for the food. She had to be reminded to bring ranch dressing. The mashed potatoes were so thick I couldn't eat them. They must have added too much cornstarch trying to thicken them. I've never had potatoes that heavy. The chicken fried steak was so tough I kept shaking the table when I tried to cut it. The bread was a bit dry. The waitress left the receipt without asking if we were done. We had to ask her if we could order dessert. The weather was extremely cold out and we sat near the fireplace to get warm, but they let the fire go out. We were cold the whole time. We wanted comfort food and this experience was anything but. And someone needs to dust all the wall decor, it's been too long.

Until fairly recent I have always enjoyed going to Cracker Barrel and enjoy their food. A few weeks ago, I went to CB for breakfast. One of the food items I ordered was scrambled eggs. As I was eating the eggs, I noticed a small foreign object. Upon further looking it was a piece of bristle from one of their brushes in the kitchen. I showed it to the manager. Just this past week, I was there again for breakfast and ordered blueberry pancakes. It ended up that the blueberries appeared to be a dried clump of blueberries that were dry. Also, the smell appeared to be urine type smell. Said something to the waiter and she said they use peroxide to clean the tables.

Ordered a single Thanksgiving dinner and was shocked at how bad their dressing was. It was basically wet cornbread - I saw one speck of celery. Also left off the cranberry sauce and since I did not have any I had to go back to the restaurant to get some. I ate one slice of the turkey and a few green beans. If the customers inside were served what I was given, I am sure there were many unsatisfied people. Why can't the actual food look anything like the picture. I gave two stars because the curbside staff was so nice.

Was excited to order the turkey dinners....if you're hungry order 2 or go somewhere else. The portions were very small, the dinner roll was dry and crumbly, no pecans on the sweet potatoes per their advertisement, the pumpkin pie was completely frozen. My husband said he had better food when he was in prison 🤭

I want to begin by saying I have LOVED Cracker Barrel for years and years. However, my most recent experiences have made me question if I will ever return. They have changed the menu and removed the open face roast beef sandwich, which I almost always order. They have also removed other favorite of my wire's.

At Cracker Barrel on Marysville Rd. Fort Wayne, In and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Been here 55 minutes and still don't have food. We have a very sweet waitress that is doing her job so I don't know what the problem is except the manager not paying attention to the problems is store is having. Too bad I used to go here a lot but no more if they can't get their act together. Now just told the special item that is the signature thing on my meal was dropped on the floor so I don't even get the main thing I order my meal for.😠 The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my servers was very pleasant.

This is just a general Cracker Barrel review. I tried to use the balance of an e gift card today sent to me from Cracker Barrel previously from bad service. But the balance was zero. I would not have went there if it weren’t for using the gift card. Again the service wasn’t that great. I think I’m going to stop going there.
