After several failed attempts to give this location a chance we decided to give it one more chance, we called inquiring if Justyn was working before showing up, we have often requested Justyn as our server because he goes above and beyond and knew he would treat us right. Unfortunately because he is a Manager (great for him!) now he was unable to serve us, but did come out from training to speak to us. The next person to rescue Cracker Barrel and host us as well as serve us was Alexandria, she was very aware to why we were going to walk out and gave us her full attention in order for us to stay and dine in. She is also a great server which made us stay and eat, it is too bad for Cracker Barrel she will be leaving soon for a better job (great for her), very bad for CB. However if she was not there and guaranteed our service would be the best we would have left because it was almost dinner time and during these times the service as well as kitchen standards lower and therefor makes ppl not stay, have bad experiences, and ruin any chance of a good dining experience, which we have had 3 very bad experiences in a row! We went around 4pm today and service was amazing! I recommend some better training, higher quality servers, kitchen staff and more awareness from management after 4pm. I was raised in a restaurant and know how to treat people and this establishment needs someone experienced and knowledgeable in regards to customer service and management. Best to go before 4pm for now.

Our waitress Brianna at store in Cordele Georgia was so perfect & good. She was knowledgeable of everything. Her service was excellent & great. We had 17 people in our group & she took care of all of us in such a professional manner as it was a million dollar restaurant. Here quick & appropiate service was perfect. She talked with us & made great conversation & we had good meals also. You need more servers as Brianna to work at Cracker Barrel Restaurants to continue the great restaurant it is to serve every where you have Restaurants. Brianna’s service, hospitality & charm was such a blessing to have as it made our meal even more better & enjoyable to be there. She should be highly given a 5 star Generals awards for her great service & care of customers. We are here every morning Thursday thru Saturday & Saturday night for our meals. She is the best. Continue hiring servers as Brianna & you will improve your restaurants to the top best in the country as servers of Brianna’s quality are few & far to be found in any business as people are aware of in todays time. She GM has a bright future ahead of her in her life of peoples relationships in whatever her career takes her to. God Bless her & yaw better take good care of her & continue the great service. This is from the racing crew that was at Watermelon Speedway for the weekend show.👍🏻🙏🏻😇. We even invited her to sit down & eat with us as we would have bought her dinner also in meal she wanted. I had dinner at the Cracker Barrel on Crittenden Dr. Sat. Nov. 19, 2022. The manager Hunter was very efficient and patient with my party of 8. I give him 5 stars for his management, He deserves a big raise . Ashton was our server and did a great job too. Very pleased Customer!! I plan on returning again soon.🤗

Love that Cracker Barrel is starting to add more plant based options to their menu!!! 🌱 I haven’t been there in 6 years since going vegan! I will now be stopping in again! ❤️

I just had dinner at The Cracker Barrel on Chaffee Rd. in Jacksonville Fl. and my waitress ( Haley ) was GREAT!!! Such awesome service and one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. My food was good too! Just love their bacon here.
