[Have always had great food at Cracker Barrel, and cannot understand some of the bad reviews given]

I have had very good experiences with cracker barrel. The food is very good and the staff is second to none. The price of the food is very competitive. Kokomo In Cracker Barrel.

We had a server who gave us great service. Her name was Jade in the Troy, Illinois store. She immediately took our order upon seating and checked back often to make sure we didn't need anything else and kept refilling our drinks. She was a pleasure to talk to. The food was hot and good size portions. We love to eat at this restaurant especially when we have excellent service.

Not being partial, but realistic! So I work at a Cracker Barrel have for 5 years now let me just say no food and beverage industry can keep employees these days because either it's going to be teenagers here entitled and aren't raising kids to know the value of hard work. Many of the reviews that I'm reading right now you didn't report your issues when you were at the restaurant but you're going to do an online review and blast the restaurant how are we or anybody else supposed to know you had an unpleasant experience if you don't say something we enjoy and encourage feedback and our store there's always going to be a bad seed planted at the farm somewhere and everybody knows that there's going to be times where you do leave unpleasant that's anywhere but if you don't give feedback while you're there I don't feel like you have the right to blast them on the Internet for the whole world to see especially when it's a reputable business that does take pride in their employees and their food in their presentation of that food ender store appearance I've been at Cracker Barrel for 5 years now almost my five year anniversary will be up at the end of this week and yes by all means bad people will come and go notice I said go but that's only when our guests decide to let us know they had an issue because there's going to be times where you can't babysit grown adults and watch their every move but it really irritates me to get on here and read reviews like this and like I said 95% of the time it's guess that did not give feedback after their experience we can't fix a problem if we don't know it's there so that's my rating and it's not just for Cracker Barrel it's for every restaurant in this nation if you want to see change you got to give that opinion you're giving now with all those Stars and negative feedback while you're there let the people know so they can address it the issue and fix it that I promise you the next time you go it won't be that way thank you that's all I need to say and that is my right I'm not employing this rating on behalf of anyone but me just for the record I have not been provoked or encouraged to say any of the above by any people or organizations simply put I'm speaking my mind just like you guys are and I'm trying to tell you change cannot take place when you don't know things need to change anywhere I just so happen to work in a restaurant and know how it is first hand thank you guys have a great day and next time you decide to go to a restaurant you may actually get a new employee be patient just like anywhere else and any other type of business people can have bad days you don't know who's having a worse today than you are don't be critical on everything but yes what is needed to be then speak up change it for the future

JT….is the truth he is amazinggggggg

My experience at Cracker Barrel was great! My waiters Alyce and Elizabeth were great! They constantly came to check on my table, and they got the orders right. Also the hostess Tania was nice as well! I will be excited to come back during the holiday!

The food was homemade style and gave you generous portion sizes. I love the option to bring a meal home with you. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel for Breakfast or Lunch.

Ok so I have just driven Route 66. I am a student and didn't have loads of money to spend on expensive accomodation so decided to.sleep in the car. Partway theoigh my trip I was told anyone could sleep in a cracker barrel carpark as long as you let them know. Since then I have spent most nights in a cracker barrel carpark. The staffareso lovely, I have eaten a few times in the restaurant and spent money I really shouldn't have in their gift shop. I am from NZ and I cannot get over how consistently regardless of store how nice and friendly and welcoming the staff were. I wish you had outlets in NZ
