Cracker BarrelReviews of crackerbarrel.com

First of all there were only 4 in our party. It took longer than normal for the server to come to our table. They took our orders and while we were waiting 3 or 4 couples were seated around us and their servers came to their tables quickly. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food while, at least, 3 of the tables that were seated after us, were served their food. Server number 2038143. Store Lansing, MI number CB0195.

I think Danny Evins is out of touch with the customers and just what Cracker Barrel is lacking. It starts from the top. Employees don't seem to get what's needed from the top, so they give what they're given... Substandard subpar crappie food and service. If you want to feel forgotten and discriminated go to a Cracker Barrel. Shame on Danny Evins who has forgotten just what he should be doing to improve Cracker Barrel besides collecting those $$$$$$$$$$ millions. Without paying customers you get nothing. Cracker Barrel DOESN'T care about our concerns. However I bet if Danny Evins got the same garbage service ( lack of) and garbage food that his Cracker Barrels put out he wouldn't like it. The original vision is long lost. It's just about money. How rich the top will continue to get with the poorest of product given to work with for the little employees. While all at the customers expense. I think next time I go to Cracker Barrel I will continue reordering until they get it right.

We went to Cracker Barrel for early supper earlier this week. The waitress was ok but was not overly friendly. Instead of handing us our go box….she just threw it on the table and walked away. Then we went out to pay and the millennial thst was behind the counter was so bad I will talk to his manager before I will let him wait on me again. He had his hands all over the credit card machine…..he must have thought I was completely stupid. I told him we had been there many times and I knew how to use it. He denied it…but he tried to pick the top amount for me. Then st king to the script he ask how my meal was. I didn’t answer him because by this point I was sick of him. He repeated his speech again with the tone of answer me damn it!!! I don’t need this!!! I have a customer service based business and I can tell you this is not it!!!!!!!!

I am missing a side and extra small pancakes during my online order experience! I love eating at this Crackle Barrel, but can't trust their online orders to be accurate, and today we add the super small pancakes. Who handles their online ordering QA? When I eat in the servers do an amazing QA, but it is like they don't care about the carry-out customers. I guess I am a sucker for continuing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Port Charlotte, FL. Despite calling ahead for our party of 7, when we got there they had no record of our calling ahead. It ended up being a 2 + hour wait to finally get our food. Many people came, ate, and left before we were served. The waitress was pleasant, informed us that it was really busy in the kitchen, but when our food arrived it was luke warm, like it had been sitting out for a while. Certainly wasn't worth the wait or the price.

This restaurant was not busy the evening of the 17th. We have eaten at numerous Cracker Barrels and have not really had any issues until this one. The food was lukewarm at best. The waitress was hard to find just to get refills of our drinks. Will not be going back to this particular Cracker Barrel.

Picked up the Thanksgiving pre ordered meal in Denton Texas on Thursday. The slice of pumpkin pie was missing. Be sure to check your order before you leave. I believe Cracker Barrell is not performing as well as in the past. Food is not as good too.

We decided this year to order our Thanksgiving meal from Cracker Barrel instead of spending hours in the kitchen. We ordered the package that fed between 8-10 and paid over $200. We made a pickup reservation for 6:00 pm for the evening before Thanksgiving day. We showed up at 5:50 and checked in as directed. It took 2 hours sitting in line to pick up our meal. None of the packages were put together and they were so unorganized. This was supposed to be a heat and serve meal so my expectations were to do exactly that. However that was NOT the case. The dressing came dry and they send you broth to add and cook. It’s not a heat and serve. Next was the mashed potatoes. There was no seasoning at all so I had to add seasonings and butter. Next was the sweet potato casserole. It was no flavor at all on this. I wound up using it as a base to make my own sweet potato casserole. The gravy was basically a lumpy broth and wasn’t gravy at all. All in all I spent 2 hours in line to pick it up and another 2 hours trying to add some flavor to the food to make it edible. To say that we were totally disappointed is an understatement. I would never do this again.
