Cracker BarrelReviews of crackerbarrel.com

Service was very good. We recently moved to this Cracker Barrel location. It may be my last. My Catfish meal was very sad looking. The fish was so overdone it looked ridiculous on the plate. The potatoes were less than warm, and such a small amount given now. Prices are up and quantity and quality DOWN. Shame on you!!

The meatloaf has changed. I had it yesterday and it was mushy. It had very little meat and a lot of fillers and a lot of dehydrated green peppers and what looked like mushroom. The pinto beans were dried up. Out waitress acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. We did not get any refills nor did I get my chow chow. This was Greensboro, NC location.

Cracker Barrel on Dean Martin drive in Las Vegas is not great about delivery orders. My order was missing one item and when I contacted they store they hung up on me. I have completed a compaint form and have not got a response.

The hostess Erin was one of the rudest people and she would not sell me a five dollar meal.

Bought TG heat and serve. Not exactly heat and serve! Several of the items like turkey, dressing, sides took several hours combined to cook per instructions. The dressing was dreadful!!!! Too dry and tasteless! Nothing like they serve in restaurant. Overall I was very disappointed and will probably never order it again although eating at the restaurant is a delicious delight!

Cracker Barrel 10090 Daniels Pkwy. I ordered the chicken pot pie. The dish was in a 7-8” bowl but noy very deep. I started eating and looking for the chicken. Never did find any chicken. The manager was called and she was at a loss as to what happened. She did apologized for the problem. Did not charge me for the pie. Also the biscuits tasted like day old, probably left over from lunch.

I have ordered a few times over the last week or two from Cracker Barrel through Uber eats delivery. They have been okay up until today. I ordered breakfast for the first time ever and it was not good. My egg whites had way too much cheese in them. They only gave me a small container of syrup when they used to give out little 2 or 3 bottles of syrup. I ordered pinto beans and the small container was half full. On top of that it was delivered later than expected by Uber eats after I paid for priority delivery service. Terrible experience and service.

I’d visited Cracker Barrel once before and enjoyed my experience so returned for another hopefully enjoyable experience. Unfortunately not the case. Ordered the grilled sirloin steak with mashed potatoes, corn and coleslaw. Also Ordered a strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was undrinkable it would make even the most diehard lemonade lover pucker for a year. I asked for another but told it made in batches so that was the taste. The steak was too tough, the potatoes were flavorless & lumpy & the coleslaw had too much dill. Very disappointed with this meal. I rated it a 2 because my sister enjoyed her meal.
