Plainfield Indiana store off I 70 W. Service was good, food very poor quality and not even close to the standard I’ve enjoyed for more than 30 years as one of my favorite stops when traveling. I always knew I would get a good meal. Not the case any longer. Instant mashed potatoes, gooey blob of dumplings. Very little chicken. Mediocre green beans and barely identifiable biscuits. Unbelievable! I did speak with the manager, he looked at bit bewildered and kept saying “I just got in” I showed him my “to go” box and described my concerns. Then dropped it in the trash. Doubt I’ll bother to stop again.

20 minutes before anyone got to my table. Waited 10 minutes for my beer and still waiting for my meal

When my husband picked up an order today, both meals were extremely skimped on, really pitiful amount of food, and we even left a good tip beforehand. This is ridulous for $40 for 2 meals!

We went to the Cracker Barrel in Jonesboro ar today after church. I knew, it being Sunday, we would have to wait a while. The time we waited to be seated was not too bad, 20 minutes. We were seated and our waitress came by immediately. We placed our order and waited 1 hour to get it. Everyone around us was complaining about the wait.

Visited the crackle barrel in league city Texas. Food was not good. Service was decent at first. They were very busy. I was served cold eggs. The side dish apple pie or something like that only had 3 slices of apple. Biscuit were bought to table at first but with no gravy. Gravy was dry and thick by the time it got to the table. Pecan pancakes were flat. But what really got me was the coffee. It was weak and watered down. If you put creamer it was so light looks like milk tea. It was horrible. I think I will now go to I hop now. I was so disappointed. It was not worth it. The service was not good because our waiter bought our food at different times. I still left a tip but was very disappointed. I will never go back. It was not like that a little over a year ago. It has gotten worse.

Food fair. Not enough help. Cashier system chaotic. Because it took too long to pay I couldn't find waitress and people sitting at table. Because of that waitress couldn't get her tip

Visited Fayetteville Cracker Barrel store # CBO 717 3/22/24 3 PM good service from waiter the problem was the cashier she had no respect for me as I was paying for the meal She did not say How was your meal or How are you today /she did not say a word after I paid and was looking around the store saw her taking to another customer . this is bad customer service It only takes one bad apple to run down a business.

Got the special.....roast beef and served cold, mashed potatoes cold, beans overcooked, no cornbread, cold coffee.
