We ordered the heat & serve for 4-6 figuring 2 of us would have left overs - since unable to be with our children. We received dinner at the pick-up - when we got home we were missing the stuffing, the turkey gravy, got corn muffins instead of the rolls we ordered, and the topping for the loaded hash brown casserole. Sweet potato casserole was the texture of baby food - we did receive a qt of something that looked like soup - we did not order - and it tasted like water. Also had to heat all food in our own dishes for almost an hour - and they ran out of instructions -so not only we missed half our dinner but had to wash all the dishes for our heat and serve dinner. We went hungry for our Thanksgiving dinner!

If you place a curbside order,they never answer the phone.So I tried checking in on line.They still never reply.So we have to walk in to get our food.😡😕This has happened more than once.Very disappointed.......

Sycamore View Memphis. Worst service ever at a Cracker Barrel. Extremely slow. When we finally got our food, we still had to wait for utensils. Then, we had wait for some of our food, refills and bread. The bread was barely warm. The “Rising Star” server constantly made excuses. Another server noticed how we were waiting and must have said something to him. It did not help. We’ve always had good experiences with Cracker Barrel, but not here.

We do not get to go out to eat much but when we do we would like good food and good custumer service from our waitress , we visited the cracker barrel on 77 in Attalla,Al. On thursday Sept. 10th 2020 , we waited for over 30 minutes for our food and when it did finally come out it was so bad we took it home and the animals would not even touch it, but our waitress brought our food throwed the ticket on the table and walked off and we did not see her again we sat there with our glasses empty and food that we could not eat .

I always order the same. Last 5 orders of my meal the steak is bloody. I have complained many times ands still get the same result 5 orders in 6 weeks and 3 orders had to be returned. Tried calling corporate office, but never an answer. Now I will go to health department and show them so they can site the place for not properly cook food right

I went to a Cracker Barrel in Little Rock ,AR on shackleford road the food was good the restaurant employees were nice . But i over heard a DM talking down to and making fun of a manager in the gift shop in front of a group of employees then the employees started doing it , it was the most childish horrible thing i ever saw. I will never go back there again. I saw the lady when i checked out she was in tears i asked her to call the main office to turn her in sadly to say she said she has and so has others before her but nothing has ever been done you think the main office would look in to her she is repensating there business and is making it look like a horrible place to work.I will not recommend eating at that location .
