Me and my husband went to the Destin Cracker Barrel for breakfast not too long ago. The service was amazing food was good, however the manager “smitty” was not very friendly. He came to our table and started to be extremely rude to us. As a local and a veterans wife I’ve never had anybody show me so disrespect. Will never go back.

In keeping with these times. We ordered carry out. Never again! Two ordered The Chicken BLTs. All we got was an over done slab of chicken on a dry bun. NO bacon, no sauce. Call to talk to manager and he was like we were trying to scam him. I actually did not ask for a refund. It's a good thing because he only offered a partial refund. Never again. You have totally lost us as customers eat in or carry out.

My wife and I have eaten at Cracker Barrel numerous times but after yesterday no more. You never really get the amount of food you pay for, most of the time small portions The service has always been good but I'm tired of paying alot of money for alot of nothing. I ordered the Beans and Greens BOWL. However; what I got were 2 little bowls, like side dish bowls. One with pinto beans and the other with Turnip Greens. PITIFUL. There was no bowl of beans and greens mixed together with ham. There was no ham at all. When I asked the manager(who in turn was very polite and courteous) about the ham he explained the ham STOCK was the ham in the meal. Quite a bit misleading from the menu. So my two 2 maybe 3 spoonfuls of beans and greens cost me almost $8.00. RIP off. You get a whole lot of nothing for the amount you pay. I'm tired of it. I enjoyed going mainly for the atmosphere but that cant and wont save Cracker Barrel from us going back. Long story short. If you want to spend alot of money for alot of nothing this is the place to go. The food quality is minimal, the portions are minimal. Save your money and eat somewhere where you get value for your dollar.

I have always enjoyed Cracker Barrel food and store. I couldn't find an item in store so I ordered the two items online for the first time. Couldn't wait to get them. Said my account was charged. Then I never got them. I never heard anything. I called customer service and held on two separate times over 30 minutes. I finally sent an email and a woman wrote back that they were out of stock on both of these items but my account wouldn't be charged. Why didn't someone contact me? Why did I have to call and hold and email to find this out? Also, why, when I ordered did it say "in stock"? A very bad experience from their store website which was a first time experience for me. I suppose also the last.

My 1st and last to go order. Fried shrimp is not cheap. I ordered it as my only meal for today. They forgot to add a cocktail sauce and a lemon slice. I could not eat it. The manager did not offer to replace it. I am done with them.

The service was great! The food was disgusting!! It was served like in 5 minutes & that’s because it was just warmed up! Half my mashed potatoes were cold. Taste like nursing home / hospital food no flavor. I actually was gagging on the way out. We drive 45 minutes to get their and we’re very disappointed. My pregnant wife couldn’t finish her food either. They need to take a step back and really re think their food choices & process!

The management at the cracker barrel in Brookhaven Mississippi is a joke. I have worked here for 3 months and have been very disrespected and disappointed. Most of the waitstaff doesnt even clear minimum wage and they expect you to stay an hour after your shift to get other things done. Pay is only 2.31 an hour. I will never work for this company again

Only three tables this morning. Ordered breakfast sandwich with bacon. Breakfast sandwich was open faces, no bacon. Was going to talk to waitress. But she took off never came came back. Was charged for bacon. Told cashier who talked to waitress who blamed on the cook. Three customers in the whole restaurant. It is not that hard people. Very disgusted cannot get 1 of 3 orders correctly. Just not that hard. Wont be' going back. Waitress needs to pay attention before she slaps the food down and takes off.
