Lunch at Jonesboro AR yesterday was not up to par, chicken and dumplings normally my favorite but was dry and tasteless. Had to ask 3 times for biscuits and cornbread, they wasn't very busy. Gift shop was wonderful as always.

Doordashed. Roast beef dinner only one slice of roast beef. Pic showed three. Given comp dessert. What about meal we paid for but didn't get full meal.

I want to begin by saying I have LOVED Cracker Barrel for years and years. However, my most recent experiences have made me question if I will ever return. I always order grilled chicken tenders. At both Cracker Barrel's, 1) off I 75 near Venice, FL and 2) off I 75 near Jacksonville, FL, I cut into the chicken tenders to find them RAW and UNCOOKED in the center. It was absolutely sickening to me. I would have thought CB had a "standard" to cooking them and this should never happen, especially with CHICKEN....RAW CHICKEN. So....beware before you eat them. I'd hate to see this happen to anyone else.

I went to the cracker barrel in Clifton Park New York. You know I always love their food then going there for years. I went on a Friday night expecting to get the fried fish that I had gotten always when I went there. And although it tastes good there were just four little tiny pieces of fish. I haven't been there in a while so I didn't know that the great big piece of fish I used to get is now down to four little pieces. Although I love the taste of the fish. I most likely won't go again because it's just not enough. If you're trying to save money by giving people that little portion. I'm sure they'd rather pay more to have the fish fries that you had every Friday.

Visited the Cracker Barrel in Dunn NC. Ordered the grilled chicken salad. Was told they do not have Thousand Island Dressing anymore!!! What in the world??? Thousand Island is a eastern NC staple!!! Our waitress said when we expressed our dismay “ I know, it’s the most ordered dressing “. Why??? Why would you eliminate this from your menu. I have a great homemade recipe that you can have if you’re interested. Uses common readily available kitchen ingredients. That way you can teach your cooks how to whip some up when needed. Really Cracker Barrel put it back on the menu! Thank you

I have loved eating at Cracker Barrel since I was a young child in Tennessee. We moved to Houston area Rosenberg, TX to be exact. The storefront was beautiful and clean, and the staff was friendly. My husband and I always get the Sampler Platter. The meatloaf was good and fresh. However, the vegetables and chicken dumplings had no flavor, the pinto beans were dry and not seasoned, the mash potatoes was just a large chuck of potato without butter or milk- there was a tiny amount of brown gravy and the green beans had no taste either. My husband made a comment that "this taste like a TV dinner. Im giving it 3 stars because I want the chain to succeed... I have ate at Cracker Barrel all over the state of Texas and this menu- maybe the cooks, need some help.

Food was tasty. No straws. Waitress dropped glasses and glass flew across the room. Slow service.

We love Cracker Barrel, but this morning’s experience was not up to par. We ate at East Windsor in Massachusetts and realized that the portions were much smaller. My Pancakes, which are always plentiful and a good size were very small And left me wanting for more. I was still hungry and usually cannot finish them. I was not about to spend another $9 for a second order, but I WAS that hungry. Very disappointing!
