The pot roast is awful, pieces of scrap beef with a nasty marinade after taste, thought I was chewing on leather. Bring back the Roast beef!!!!!

Food was luke warm. Friends sweet potato was cold. My broccoli was almost raw. It was barely warm. We've had this problem here at this location before. We didn't have time to send the food back but when you send it back it comes back scalding hot crazy!! Biscuits and cornbread were hot but waitress failed to bring us requested apple butter. Waitress never asked us how our food was, she would just run away real quick so we didn't have time to tell her. Not good service.

The Cracker Barrel Customer service representative, Emilia gave excellent service. Everything else was horrible. I placed my first order at 8:45am am, waited till 10:45am just to get a message that my order was cancelled?! We were so hungry! I had to place another order and didn't eat until 12 noon! On top of that, the food was cold, they only came with 1 syrup for 2 orders, the eggs weren't prepared the way I requested, & the driver never called even though I requested they call before they come. Horrible Uber eats service, horrible for the cooks not following orders, horrible for only sending 1 syrup for 2 orders, horrible for whoever cancelled my order because I didn't cancel. The only bright spot was Emilia. Never order through Uber eats always go to the restaurant to get the best experience. I fantasized of eating Cracker Barrel again because the one and only time I ever ate at Cracker Barrel was when I was in Florida and fell in love with the food! Coming to Georgia was the perfect opportunity to feast again and I stopped everything to make sure nothing stopped me from going there again. I came allllllll the way from NYC to taste the best of Cracker Barrel located on South lake Plaza Drive, Morrow G.A. and frankly, it's going to take a miracle for me not to change loyalties and make "Milk and Honey" restaurant my new choice of eatery when I'm in Atlanta Georgia.. Hmph 😤

My husband wanted to go for his birthday. We drove 30 miles from West Kendall to the one in Florida City. First time we didn’t have to wait. Server was great. Food not so much. I go for the hash brown casserole and chicken and dumplings. Sad state when hash brown casserole, so dissatisfied and disappointed, was flat cold hashbrowns. No casserole about it. The chicken and dumplings no better. More little dumplings than chicken. Tiny pieces of chicken. Very salty dish too. I remember large square dumplings and soft tender chicken. Oh, and the salt shaker didn’t work. I opened it to find wet clumped salt. We were informed they stopped putting rice in the salt. After my complaint, which apparently was not the first, has resulted in a management decision to start adding rice to the salt shakers. Duh! To add insult the bathrooms were disgusting. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. No manager no nothing. Server was great though.

Great service and wait staff. Absolutely the best! Wonderful thoughtful and kind genuinely honest girls. I have two quick observations. 1. The corn muffins are hard as a rock here in Independence, MO. They’re not muffins so much as they are what we used to call on the ranch/farm corn dodgers. Horrible little rock hard bullets meant not to be enjoyed but to sustain life. Or use as an improvised weapon. 2. The wonderful idea and taste of the apple cobbler is quickly ruined in the first few bites. Who the hairy heck doesn’t peel their apples in a cobbler or pie. What is CB thinking? Slimy undigestible apple skin. Unbelievable. My menu was old, worn out and dirty. Torn badly and falling apart. Pity the poor girls who like their job and CB but are embarrassed by upper, basically useless tight fisted, wrong headed management, probably never have set foot in one of their restaurants or they’d see the bad issues and waste going on. It’s been failing for years. Just stand there and watch it burn. Very un-American. All their talk about revamping and changing the business and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. They need to update the decor a little and get some new furniture. Get rid of half the crap inside the front door and take a look at the food, take a real hard look at it and make it better. Make it fresh. That’s what driving their businesses away. Get rid of all that old Americana garbage that is hanging on the wall and laying around there, that theme has been overdone for thirty-five years. ITS THE FOOD QUALITY AND FRESHNESS STUPID! Go eat in one Mr CEO. Doesn’t take a PhD from MIT to figure out what’s wrong and better yet how to fix it and save this wonderful iconic brand or continue to watch it slowly go down the loo. They changed the recipe for the meatloaf. It is a cheap version. They did this one other time and lost business. Since this is the only thing that order... I will not be back.

Flag Staff: Many things. Service very slow and waitress made multiple trips for basic utensils. Food below average. Biscuits and gravy far from good-gravy had no flavor. I have no interest in visiting cracker barrel again.And how do you spread frozen butter on biscuits ?

The customer service is fine….always enjoy the quick browse of store and paying at the table prevents the line at register. The reason I rarely choose Cracker Barrel is food quality. Nothing taste like it did a few years ago. How do you ruin homestyle chicken? It used to be the best meal….chicken wasn’t edible. Sides are cheap quality (better quality with my frozen veggies at home). Fried okra just a low budget quality. The cornbread was grainy and not fit to consume. The steak fries were warm, not fresh. You have sacrificed food taste and quality to keep prices lower. Reduce your menu…return to great quality food that made you famous. You need to put as much energy into your cooking as you your store. I will not stop for any meal again at CB except for breakfast…fortunately, you can’t mess that one up.
