I’m generally a big fan of Cracker Barrel and have enjoyed many meals there. Today’s experience, however, was dreadful. There was no wait for a table, so even with COVID issues, it seemed as if staffing was adequate. After ordering, we waited for about 30 minutes for our food. In the meantime, several groups were seated and served breakfast. Eventually, we were served as well. My pancakes were burned and ice cold. The waitress anticipated that the food wasn’t edible and offered to wait while I tasted the pancakes (my guess is that she knew that they had been sitting around for a while). I didn’t want to cause a problem, so I said not to worry. She insisted that she would have them “remade.” When she returned with the “new” pancakes, it was obvious that the kitchen had applied even more heat to the overcooked pancakes. They were so overdone that I had trouble cutting through them with a knife, ultimately giving up and leaving them uneaten. The waitress must have realized, but she made no mention or recognition of the uneaten mess than remained on my plate. What a horrible experience! We won’t be back for a long time if ever.

Order a steak. Good service but bad tough steak. Afterward, big tip anyway. After paying for food, I browsed the store. My favorite section "Duke Cannon." Only thing, the same store lady that said "Hello" to me earlier was now standing behind me watching every move I make. Too bad. I have problems going back to places where I order pay, tip then I'm watched like I didn't even eat there or pay. I don't recommend Morton, IL. Cracker Barrel. Barrel of what? Snooping behind your back like you can't afford "Duke Cannon products." FU too.

The cracker barrel in Crossville Tennessee is garbage. Rude people and nasty food. No one will return calls, can't get through on customer service. Y'all have really gone way down hill.

Don’t go if you have a large party!!!! Cracker Barrel west nursery road Maryland. We went online to obtain 30 minute call ahead seating. It still took us over an hour to be called and seated. Once seated we weren’t even placed at a table together. “CDC guidelines….! Furthermore, It took us over an hour to receive cold food. The waitress informs us, it’s because we have a large party. Mind you, to add insult to injury. My 2 year old ate two biscuits because we were waiting so long!

It is Thanksgiving day in Florida City, Florida $29 for corn bread stuffing in all my life this was very bad we will never do that again

Food was room temperature and they have stopped using straws to be politically correct. If they truly want to protect the environment, they might be concerned about using those styrofoam take out containers.

I walked in Cracker Barrel at 7:25 am , only 3 other couples sitting at tables when I ordered 3 pancakes and sausage. The lady had me pay after I waited 15 min. She said my order should be coming up soon. I waited another 20 min then went back up to the counter and told her I wanted my money back. She said she had to call the manager for him to refund my money. He came up shortly there after. Then my meal was handed to me by a waitress. I decided not to be refunded . But I should have . The pancakes were like rubber and cold and the sausage patties were over cooked. Never again.
