6/31/22, I order the Memorial Day Family Meal, Southern Fried Chicken at the Cracker Barrel in Horn Lake ,MS, it was horrible the fried chicken was hard and not fresh and fried in old oil it was very brown almost burnt. The green bean had some corn in it. The meal seem like it was just thrown together. I didn't take it back because it would have taken to long because I had guest over to eat, we had to prepare something to eat. I am very disappointed what a waste of my money and time.

I went there 3 weeks ago and the service was horrible. The server brought out burnt hard biscuits. I asked for some more and she asked what was wrong with those. I looked at her & 20 seconds later she came back with fresh, better looking biscuits. Once we finally got our food after waiting for a long time, I had to ask her 3X for more syrup. She was very hesitant and didn't want to. She never came back to ask if we needed anything else. But, she asked the table next to us if they needed anything. I refused to leave her a tip and I hope she finds another job. She was a very tall woman and wasn't friendly at all.

What a clown operation horrible service manager even worse. Won’t being going back

We have been waiting in Cracker Barrel Roundrock Texas Branch for 2hrs. The manager is rude as hell!!!! We are trying to celebrate monthers day and have a good time. I reserved for a party of 3 and we were waiting for 2hrs in the store. People with party of 2 gets seated first as well as people party of 4 they told us 40mins wait time but it took 2 hrs and still haven’t got seated, unfortunately your management is ignoring us since we were just party of 3. We asked for the GM and all he said it was a busy day, manager haven’t even apologized or made us feel valued nor did something to deescalate the situation. Other People waited 30mins or less and got seated first. Your CCTV cameras has all the evidence showing we were there for 2hrs as I have shopped inside the store for other stuff. I expect a response on this and your roundrock management should be reprehended for this… they haven’t done anything or apologized! Rude as hell!!! I have been to other Cracker Barrel branch and management was good.. round rock needs to work on their customer service skills.

I lived near a wonderful Cracker Barrel near Corydon, Indiana but then I moved. I visited the one on Crittenden Drive in Louisville and the mashed potatoes are so lumpy I can't eat them and the Chicken Fried Chicken is overcooked. I always get the Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes. There is no flavor to the broccoli either, like they forgot the butter. I can say the biscuits were good. This is the last time ever going to Cracker Barrel on Crittenden Drive in Louisville, Ky.

Racist company. All they have are black commercials. There are no American Indians, White, Asians or Latinos!!!!

The Cracker Barrel in Bardstown, KY is horrible. Sometimes the food is ok, but its bad more times than not. I used the pay at the table app on Feb 18 and was charged for my meal twice, only to be told that the app was not working. I then had to pay for my meal at the counter because I was told it was not paid for. I showed them the transactions from my bank account right then and there. I was assured it was only pending and that it would refund to my bank account. Long story short, it didnt refund and I paid $150.00 for one nasty $47.00 meal and experience with my family. I went back to the store the following week to tell them about my money and another manager took my name and number and info from how I paid and said he had to call the regional office to get this back! Its now March 9 and I still have not received a refund! I am livid and I WILL get my money back and I promise you, I WILL NEVER EAT AT A CRACKER BARREL AGAIN!

Online purchase of a to go order of 2 Homestyle chicken salads and 1 loaded baked potato on 01/14/2022 from CB Marion Illinois. Potato was good but the salads were not edible. The salads were made up of what appeared to be the scraps! Wilted brown lettuce through out and soft shriveled tomatoes, 1 salad even came with its own lettuce core or head! I have reached out twice already with the only offer to make this right was an online offer of 1 free desert! How does 1 free desert compensate for an order of $25.37??
