First the corn muffens we like little rocks and cold, my fish was over cooked, the hash brown casserole was under cooked the potato was crisp. I picked a little couldn't finish. My waitress was great. At check out the poor woman couldn't stop coughing

Worst meal I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. First try we’re out of several things we wanted. They brought our potato out about 15 minutes before our meal so was cold when our food came. Finally got our food which was bland and we finally had to ask for napkins. What’s happened to CB. Used to live them. 🥴

well, I know for sure we will never go back to our Crackle Barrel in Rockford IL. Got there at 5:30, ordered our food right away, people came in after us were getting their food. after asking where our food was, the waiter said it will be right out. 1 1/2 hours later , we finally got a manager. VERY RUDE! she left our table. and we saw her go back into the kitchen. foot then come out.. COLD! , and some of it was not even what we ordered, that when we got up and left. we were not the only ones walking out.the table next to us asked me what was wrong, told them . they got up and left also worst meal I ever seen. will never go back.. stay away if you know what's good for you, wish I could not leave a 1 star.

False advertising this is the worst place ever to order food i ordered country fried steak and it came out dry tasteless minced meat !!!!

Waited half hour to get seated then 20 min to get a server then 15 min for coffee then 40 min to get Luke warm food . Sausage Pattie’s were the worst Dried out I ever had . One cold egg was hard the other was almost hard. I asked for over easy. Took another 10 minutes to get the biscuits and gravy which finally completed our order. Almost 2 hours to get the worst breakfast I have had in a long time.Used to be good . No more for me.

Worst company to work for .. do not even attempt to try work for them., they discriminate, they do not provide adequate training and when you request additional training you get fired for it

Our food was cold and old and was not properly prepared. My wife ordered the hamburger steak (well done) but had to be sent back because it was pink inside. The hamburger steak was nothing more than a 1/4 pound burger reheated, and her loaded sweet potatoes turned out to be a marshmallow and a clump of cinnamon butter that never melted. My baked potato was reheated from the refer and tasted cold and hard. The butter and sour cream never melted and I sent it back to be heated up. more. We were asked if we wanted our steaks smothered with gravy and grilled onions. When it came hers had a spoonful of gravy and the onions were scorched a little on the edges but raw. My onions were sliced raw about a 1/4 inch thick and put on top of the spoonful of gravy. This is absolutely the worst Cracker Barrel meal I have ever experienced. This was in Brighton Michigan and I will never stop there again. By the way, they were not busy at all, as this was at around 3:30 pm.

Food was cold and tasteless, I will never go to this restaurant not even if I get the food for free. I have diarrhea…they also have very bad service very unorganized. Bad experience. I wish I could get my money back. I work hard for my money. I give it a 0 rating.
