Have been a patriot of Cracker Barrel for many year 40 plus. I could count on the same quality at any store but the food quality has deteriorated regular basis. Corn bread was the best ever, pinto beans great. Both are sorry. Food quality is poor compared to the past. Was a regular customer of store #2 when it opened nothing like it now.

My mom picked to eat at Cracker Barrel for her 80th birthday on a Saturday early afternoon. It wasn’t too busy. We ordered our food , we waited a while ordered and we finally got our food and she whisked away quickly when we noticed two items were incorrect and we still had no utensils and condiments. I Finally caught her we asked for utensils and rolls and told her about our order being incorrect. Couldn’t eat till we had utensils, by that time our food was cold. We waited a while for refills. We remained patient the entire time because we felt bad for the for the poor girl running around and we still tipped her well, but overall this was probably the worst experience. We’ve had a Cracker Barrel, and we have been there many many times. It was very chaotic, and the food was cold for the price.

What I did like was ordering online and the process of receiving the food. One of my favorite things about a Thanksgiving meal is the dressing. The dressing was horrible. Absolutely tasteless. Overall the meal not very appealing, except the turkey was tender. I never thought I would leave a bad review about Cracker Barrel in Cleveland, TN. I still love Cracker Barrel. We just won’t do this again.

l truly love Cracker Barrel. However I have some concerns. In the past, my pancakes would be delivered to the table with black marks on the pancakes. On Friday 9/8/23, I was in Cracker Barrel Heaven, until I found a piece of hair under my pancakes. I am African American. I am wondering if African Americans are not wanted.

We have for some 40 years stopped at a Cracker Barrel when we were on a family vacation. It became a family tradition. Even our kids carried on with it when they grew up and had their own families. Always texting pictures of the visit to the rest of the family. We’ve always had good service and good food at all of them. Til now. My husband and I were just heading home from a vacation and carry out our tradition at a Cracker Barrel in Findlay Ohio. We got there about 4:30 PM in which there weren’t very many people there for the dinner rush yet. It took us 45 minutes to get our meal. We talked about how we pitied all those people coming in as the place filled up. How long would it take them to get theirs? The food was decent, but we noticed some things have changed for the worse. What happened to the hash brown casserole that had that cheesy crispy topping on it in a little casserole dish? Why did it get replaced by a blob of hashbrowns with cheese Mixed in? What happened to the buttery honey glazed carrots now replace by slightly sweeten cooked carrots? What happened to the little plates they bring out for you when you get your biscuits? Replaced by “here hope this ties you over while you’re waiting for your food.” Were we supposed to eat them over the basket together? When we did get our food, that’s when my husband noticed that he didn’t have his hash brown casserole, in which, as I said a big disappointment, when he finally got it. Not even an apology for forgetting it from our waiter. When we were done, we had asked for a to go box, and we ended up having to go hunt it down ourselves. Our waiter was just sort of ok so he got a sort of ok tip. We are the type of people that will tip well for a good service. Have people forgotten what that’s like? To give good service because many of us do appreciate it! Yes it could’ve been worse but after all these years this was our first disappointment in Cracker Barrel. What has changed? Understandably perhaps there’s a shortage of workers for Cracker Barrel as has affected other companies. But any company can train their workers to be good servers, and to keep making good food if they had the reputation for doing so. Yeah I know it’s just one place but this one place basically has disillusioned us for future trips. Some traditions just kind of die out and change into other traditions. Sorry Cracker Barrel maybe this is one of them.

Very nice waitress. Fast service. If you have gluten issues stay away. The most limited menu I've seen in a very long time.

Food is always good, but I didn't appreciate that I chose one location and they sent the order to another location. And it took them 15 minutes longer than they said to get an order of 2 salads to me.

4feb 22, called in order of two burgers, both burgers were so overcooked, dry, hard to chew. Bread was almost burn, and fries tasted like they had been there all day. Not good at all. San Juanita herrera 243 Hatcher ave San Antonio, Texas 78223
