Honestly, there was no reason l had to wait an about 1 hour for some food. I expected more from here. Please do better. Including having family members come late and change my table, but they got to have food instead of us, and one of your employees left us for some reason. When we asked for some syrup, they asked she asked who is is your waitress and walked away. When we started to leave, y'all have the audacity to ask us to stay we had you food, like no, do better 😒. 1:30-3:39 we had to wait. They gave us a card since l guess felt bad but that card expires December 31,2022 it’s 2023.🤨
Sincerely, customer

Horrible Horrible!!
Horrible horrible! I in-trusted this place to help with Thanksgiving dinner , preorder pick up . WORST mistake ever , containers half filled with food , and for the price I paid … very disappointed !! I’ll never ever go there again nor do preorders for a Holiday meals. I’ll stay with my old fashion staying home cooking all day , enjoying the memories!
Manager offered to supply the food difference we paid for , that was a joke too ! We didn’t receive all we ordered either . What a joke !

Poor service
I have to say the company was a disappointment with the delivery of products to their customers today.
I was looking for a home style Thanksgiving food to order online and I came across their website, Thanksgiving meal order only for today11/23/23. Looks good. So I went and order for 7 meals and extra sides. Chose in- store pick up and picked a schedule for pick up which is 12nn.
My GPS is telling me this is the parking, but I saw a lot of cars lined up so I pulled and parked at the nearby building parking lot. Got off the car and walked inside the store. To my disappointment the receptionist informed me that all online orders are to drive in the line for orders. I told her well, it’s suppose an in-store not curbside, and why was no direction if such. And she apologized.
Then I got into my car and got into the already long line. I didn’t know this would be the pick up situation. We were slowly moving and frustrated again, I called the store and asked how long will everyone be waiting, it’s getting warmer outside , not very comfortable. They can’t give me an answer, was apologetic but didn’t like the tone of my voice. Then later here comes some employees trying to help with traffic flow to get in the order line, cars are coming from different directions.
If this has happened before, the company could have a better planning of accommodating this many orders. Of course it’s frustrating and only right to let them know but what was more frustrating was the poor planning. There was not enough people today I was told… Them don’t allure people of Thanksgiving meal if you can’t keep up with the demand , if you can’t deliver what is expected. I waited for more than an hour in the line to pick up my order. This is not right. To be able to choose an in-store pick , this is not fair and this is so disrespectful of people’s time. I could have done more things than waiting in line and again if I would have been informed that this is the situation today , then it ok I would not have ordered. Unfortunately I have to deal with it and hence , to submit this review because it’s just unfair. Business is give and take - I paid on time and I expect my product to be on time as stated in my order- In- store pickup @12 nn. The company didn’t deliver this expectation today. There’s a lot of rooms for improvement. I hope they’ll look into this. Thank you.

The Thanksgiving Day Menu for Breakfast…
The Thanksgiving Day Menu for Breakfast very limited. No options for Diabetics. Just eggs, bacon, sausage, and Ham. No fresh fruit of any kind. Just the Country Fried Cinnamon Apples loaded with sugar. No Steak to have grilled. Just the Country Fried Steak, obviously Breaded. For Diabetic not worth the Price for eggs and your choice of meat. Won't be visiting Cracker Barrel on the Holidays.

Don’t order their Holiday Dinner Tulsa Hills
We purchased the holiday dinner pre paid $207. Had to wait in line over an hour. Get up to pick up our food and the kid says we don’t have the broccoli casserole. And the mashed potatoes will be 30 minutes. You had to schedule a time to pick up. I tried to pick it up earlier they said no. And then they don’t even have what I paid for. Last time for this girl

Portion Size Reduced and over priced…
Cracker Barrel has obviously sized reduce their takeout side dish portions. Recently I ordered their very tasty broccoli casserole which was to be a serving for 5 and was disappointed to see it would barely feed three. Even the tin it was packaged in was tiny. To add insult to injury, it costed $20.00. At that price it was like being price gouged for that low quantity of food. I won't utilize their takeout menu again. Country Food at Big City Prices.

If I could give them less than one star…
If I could give them less than one star I would. I ended up leaving without the To-Go food order I paid for or should I say "paid half for", the other half was comped by the management from the poor service we received from the previous visit. I swore I would never ever go back to this place (this wasn't the first time) but my wife really wanted their Hash Brown casserole and I did too. I couldn't order online cause I decided to use that comp card. I knew what I wanted so I did not look at any menu which will later come back to bite me. I ordered the meat loaf for one of the entrees which they were out of, no problem do you have Cod, "yes" great I'll order the Cod (it's a Thursday). After 30 minutes I went to check on my order and the manager said she would find out and asked if I wanted to pay for it now which I did (big mistake). She was training a new girl at the register and seemed annoyed when I used that card as part of the payment caused the girl put it in as a gift card and it cause a problem. As soon as I finished paying the waitress came out with two orders but not mine. At that point after waiting 30 minutes I was told they did not have any Cod at which I was informed by the manager who was still by the register that "Cod" is only served on Friday's in a very unpleasant voice as if this was my error (remember I didn't see a menu). I stood around for over 30 minutes and I'm finding out now my order "which I already paid for" had not even been placed. I could feel the heat going into my face which was not good so I felt the smartest thing to do was just leave. As I turned I stated that I was so done with Cracker Barrel restaurants. Half way a cross the parking lot it dawned on me that I even paid for that meal which I never received nor do I even care. Two weeks ago was the first time in over 5 years that I came back to Cracker Barrel because of a serious issue we had at one of their restaurants and that visit two weeks ago came with an issue. I guess my family just don't have any luck trying to eat at a Cracker Barrel.

Restaurant on Sycamore View was short…
Restaurant on Sycamore View was short staffed. The coffee was not good. Cream was brought to me and my partner in quantities of 5 for the 2 refills I asked for. The overall coffe service was substandard. The orders took forever to come out. My partner was charged for an extra serving of eggs when his order wasn't cooked the way he asked for. The toast and sausage were scorched. To say the least we will not be returning.
