I don't know wo cooked this Christmas Ham meal package, but it is not Cracker Barrel, I'm sure. there is a bed smell, bad taste on foods and it's completely. different for worse from last year's holiday meal that I bought. Benbrook Cracker barrel. Fort Worth, TX

Placed order with manager Tameka at your Tinley Park IL. store on Monday for pick up today 12/23/23 at 12 noon. Was looking for half pan sized portions. What we received was 1/2 sized servings. Now when we go to pick my order at 11:46 which it was communicated to be there at that time, was told "to drive around back." We do this, then we're told no, go to the front. We were repeatedly told a few minutes. We waited for 1 1/2 hours for an order that was placed four days ago. Then the slaw was not filled, the chicken and dumplings non existent chicken. So Please do not use carry out. No silverware, serving spoons. NEVER AGAIN. My order was close to $200 dollars

Went to c/b about 2weeks ago 2920 south mail rd Knoxville wife and I wife ordered a barrel cheese burger and I ordered a chicken blt my wife burger was a plate full of blood back to the kitchen and the waiter and cook was throwing raw meat at each other tried to contact cracker Barrel but no damn luck. Oh well last time I’ll eat there.

I ordered the Thanksgiving feast and added mashed potatoes. I didn't receive the mashed potatoes (but was charged for them) nor did I receive the chicken broth needed for the dressing. I called and was told I would receive a refund. I didn't get one. I contacted guest relations and was told I would hear back in 5 business days. It has now been 7 days and no word. I will NEVER order from Cracker Barrel and hope that others heed my warning.

I was so excited to go to Cracker Barrel wensday for lunch, cheddar broccoli chicken bake! I was total disappointed it was a pile of soggy cracker topping over very small pieces of chicken . Service was great but cheddar broccoli chicken was terrible!

We ordered our thanksgiving Turkey n' Dressing meals from the Cracker barrel in Gibsonton Fla. We liked the experience last year because everything was organized very well and the food was good. This year was a disaster. After arriving and checking in inside, the employee said I would have to wait. I didn't think it would be an hour and a half for a pickup. The 2 meals finally come out and I take them home to find ONE slice of turkey with a spoonful of gravy on top, some kind of broccoli/cheese concoction substituted for Sweet potato casserole, dressing that tasted like stale bread, some green beans and biscuits that were like hockey pucks. It was the worst Thanksgiving experience ever. We will look for something better next year.

Beware of ordering online for delivery Do not trust any order you place for delivery. Order 3 pies , Apple, Pecan and Pumpkin, to be delivered at 10am today and I 9:51am I get a call that all they had was Pumpkin and did I want 3 Pumpkin??? The order was placed a week and a half prior and I get a call 8 mins before Door Dash was to deliver they cannot fulfill my order??? Totally unacceptable. Was the manager apologetic, yes, but this plain makes no sense. If I am ordering 3 pies, was it ever thought maybe I was having guests and this was dessert I was serving to them and now I am in a real bind?? Totally unacceptable and thank you Cracker Barrel for basically making my Thanksgiving luncheon dessert less. Yes, they tried to accommodate me with vouchers and driving to another Cracker Barrel but why would I even bother with someplace that could do something this?? How do you even trust their word?? And furthermore, if they had notified me the day before or even a couple hours before, I could have accepted it. And they themselves didn’t notify me at 9:51am, it was Door Dash. Steer clear of this overrated useless chain. Stick with a nice local independent business

This restaurant is bad 😔 I ordered a thanksgiving dinner and I received a multiple charges 3 to be exactly I call the customer service nobody answered, the chat option was unavailable, so I wrote a complaint in a form.... They never called, they never responded via email... Nothing, nada
