Food was terrible. Warm is being polite, would have had the waitress take it back and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes, but she never showed up. The salad the wife had was old and wilting (she didn't even eat it). The turkey special they had run out of dressing and the gravy was a mixture of flour and water with some salt and pepper. This was the first and LAST time I will ever eat at this restaurant. Wasn't just us as we should have known when the lady behind us called the waitress over and was complaining about her meal as well.

Despite the reassurance of a manager, Beatrice, that our order would be ready in five minutes, we found ourselves still waiting after 45 minutes, watching other tables receive their meals promptly. An hour and fifteen minutes later, frustratingly, when we decided to leave, no alternative or resolution was offered. As someone who appreciates a good meal and, as a diabetic who had been fasting for blood work, timely service is crucial. The lack of empathy from both the waitress and the manager was astonishing. I believe in the power of constructive feedback, and I hope that Cracker Barrel takes steps to address these service issues promptly. My wife went to crackerbarrel in Dublin georgia to apply for a job. She applied for the job and an interview was scheduled with the manager for her to come in to discuss the position. She drove 30 plus miles to be asked what position she had applied for and when she replied "server" the manager said I filled the last server position yesterday. I find it odd and unprofessional of the manager to not follow up and call an applicant that you knew well in advance was applying for a server position. Having to waste her time and her gas money with no regard for her as a person. Communication is key and this manager seemed not the least bit sorry about this situation.

We visited CrackerBarrel 1/29/24.I attempted to pay with a gift certificate I have had about 5 years.It states"NEVER EXPIRES".The store refusedto honor it because,according to the lady that I assumed was the manager,said it was the old type without a pin and I would have to contact CS.I tried for 2 days but all you get with their CS is the run around nnever a person to actually speak with.This was embarrising as other customers were behind me taking in the conversation.

I purchased the Holiday Catering Ham Dinner for 8 people for $179.19 at your Edinburgh, Indiana store. As instructed, I picked it up on 12/23/23 at 2pm. I was told that the instructions on how to prepare everything was in the box. It was not. I called the store for help and they told me to look online. I searched online and the Cracker Barrel app and it was nowhere to be found. I didn’t think it was going to be a big deal until I started looking at everything and realized that the hashbrown casserole had not been cooked, no instructions for the powder dressing, pies or rolls. In what order do I warm up everything, at what temperature, how long does it take, etc.? So what was supposed to be an easy, warm up meal was more than frustrating and stressful. To make matters worse, CB offered double “peg” rewards and did not honor that either. After the disaster dinner was over, I looked online to make a formal complaint and every time it said the chat agent is unavailable. Finally, I filled out their form online. I tried to attach proof of their double peg points but their attach documents failed to work. When I tried to go back to let them know that the attach documents did not work, their website had erased everything I had written. I did not receive a response for about 6 weeks despite filling out the form 3 separate times. The response was a coupon for a free dessert. The pegs were worth an entire meal but they did not honor their promise. Finally I located their customer relations 800 number online and that was worse bc they refer you back to the chat agent who doesn’t exist!

Food was horrible. There system is horrible. Know where can you find the terms for the transaction. There customer Service email does not respond to questions regarding the terms. You pay for the order in advance when you place it. It immediately goes on your credit card rather than being charged on the pick up date. It was very unorganized and long wait on pick up date. Part of the food was left out. In contacting there customer service it took weeks to get a partial response. They refused to refund my card for the items left out of the order and after numerous emails failed respond at all. Photos were sent to prove items were clearly left off the order so you get the drift. It was $150.00 wasted and a terrible experience.

I took my family to Cracker Barrel on Bradly parkway in Columbus Georgia, this morning for breakfast, it was the worst place ever, the coffee was cold, the food came out cold, the biscuits look as if they needed to stay in the oven a little bit longer, the service was horrible, we waited forever to get our food, it took the server forever to take our order and even after we order the drinks and order our food which we ordered at the same time, it took 10 to 15 minutes before we got our drinks, I like Cracker Barrel food, but not this place, my granddaughter complained about her stomach was hurting when we left, I would never eat there again, to add to this review later after the breakfast my daughter, my grandson and me as well got sick at our stomach, ( I just thought I would let someone know)

I ordered chicken and dumplings with 2 sides. I ask the waitress if a side salad could be one of my sides. She said yes, no problem I got my check and they charged me $2.49 for the salad and I got only one side Talked to the manager who was less than pleasant. Of course I left unhappy with this service and have no plans of returning. I hope they are happy with the $2.49
