Girl at front desk was very rude and said hope you have a good meal in a sarcastic tone. Wait was already an hour then almost got pushed back because they counted a 6 month old baby then sat us down and stared us down and was talking about us for about ten minutes. Please do not visit.

To go orders are always messed up. Manager won't come to phone to talk! We r done!

What happen is that the evening manager was more concern about busing a table, then helping a customer get creamer. That been said why would the waiter bring coffee and sugar but no creamer. Then I asked to have well done eggs and no sugarfree syrups. By the time she came back i had cold syrup and my pancakes were luck warm. It took her 20 mins to bring this out. The waitress may have been having a bad day but it doesn't matter. You came to work and work with a smile. Nomatter if someone did not come in, you take a customer at a time. When the manager said he didn't have time to get the creamer things went down. Not a good thing to say. What time he said that my creamer would have been there. This is the first in that Crackerbarrel. Not good. I will have second thought about returming. We love it but i rather go ease where with that kind of service, mostly the mansger. What happen to team work. Support your waiters. That is it. Hopefully you can send the manager for training and waitress remind her if she needs help to ask .

This is Saturday April 6th. Another couple of nice went out for breakfast for a birthday. Knowing we would probably have to wait a while because of the lines on the weekends. We waited 45 and then got seated and waited another 40 minutes for our food. We had breakfast with bacon and biscuits eggs and hash browns. The whites were runny, the bacon was so tough you couldn't even cut it with your knife and fork. It was unbelievable. All four of us complained but mostly to each other because lines checking out are all so long so we didn't want to slow down the lines for people to get out. Normally this Cracker Barrel has great service and great food but the last two times we've gone it's gone downhill dramatically.

We've been here dozens of times and it got bad a few years ago and we quit going then it got better so we went again today. Got the meat loaf which was refrigerator temperature and obviously left over, the once great potato casserole was shredded cold potatoes in grease with no cheese, and the corn muffins were hard as a rock. Didn't complain as we were already running late but then spent 20 minutes waiting to check out with one lady taking that nlong to do three before me. She said they had a new manager and if so they'd better just shut this one down. With texas roadhouse opening and lots of other restaurants this one will fail. Never again. Wasted thirty dollars for garbage

I purchased a gift card for a friend's 80th birthday for Cracker Barrel in Springfield, Mo in October 2023. They refused to honor the gift card and multiple attempts to contact customer service have been to no avail. They have my money and she never got her meal. Do not buy gift cards from Cracker Barrel!

Food was good server was new but did well but when you go to check out they want to set you there for 15 minutes asking you stupid questions charge you too much for your food as it is when I'm checking out I'm ready to leave pay my bill and go they want to do you want to leave a tip for your server I already did that at the table here please take a survey a short survey I ain't wanting to take no damn survey if I want to do that give me your receipt tell me it's on the back and if I want to go online I'll do it myself but I'm ready to go this is ridiculous that they have no sense of tying up your time they don't really care people need to boycott restaurants that like to do this take up your time or the restaurants pay you 20% off your bill for every question they ask that way they get you get paid for your opinion and your time or just take my money and let me go
