Sides are not of the same quality....
Last time my husband and I went to Cracker Barrel we felt that the quality of the country side dishes were not the same. We felt like some of the sides were straight from a can. Very disappointed....

We dine at the Cracker Barrel in Morristown TN. Our soup was very cold, the steak was tough with too much fat, the smash potatoes was also very cold. The waitress was nice and very sorry that we had a bad dining experience.

Food was WAAAAY too salty! And greasy. I had the steak hashbrowns plate. The meat in particular was far too salty. I should not have to ask for the elimination of salt. If I want salt I would add it. The biscuits were fine, as was our server. My wife had the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Her reaction was it was OK. Unfortunately, Reno is a town noted for its breakfast places. We won't make Crackerbarrel a frequent stop. They also need some omelets on their menu.

Decent service but i felt the portions were small. I had french fries as one of the sides and there were like 5 fries, its like really? Side of green beans was about 3 spoonfulls Tasted good but too small

Waiter was great. And we tipped him accordingly. But we ordered on the early bird specials. Sign said 8.99 starting. Made it look like everything in that section was 8.99. There were no other prices on that section. Bill was 6 dollars each more than expected. So I guess you have to be a mind reader these days. Not happy

My family were at a retreat at Tanglewood, TX. We went to eat at the Cracker Barrel in Sherman, TX. The food and service were fine. My question: Why were the two stalls in the ladies' room so tight, I had to stand on the toilet to close the door? I am averaged sized. A plus size woman would have had to leave the stall opened to use it, please get this fixed

On March 29th, 2024 My husband and I stopped at the Cracker Barrel in Walterboro SC Store # CB0419. We stopped at a few locations before coming across Cracker Barrel. The other places we stopped into to get a bite to eat weren’t so welcoming to folks that are from out of towners. Walterboro does not treat the tourists well. We had 4 bad experiences trying to find a place to eat and they are not hospitable at all. Finally after driving around for 1 hour we stopped in late at night looking for a place to eat around 9:30pm. We came across Cracker Barrel after a 1 hour wait and we finally got seated. Our Server named Ms, Daysia B was very friendly, and she took our order right away. It looked like the Cracker Barrel was understaffed. They needed more employees on board at this busy location. They were latterly running on a Skeleton crew. When we were seated I ordered catfish. After waiting for 45min, a food order was placed then it came out in ½ hour. Once I started to eat it after a few bites it was raw in the center. I asked the waitress to call over the Manager and after I explained that I cannot eat raw fish; he took it off my bill. Will I stop here again? Hmmm maybe if I have over 1 hr to spare and hope that they do have enough employees on board. Util we revisit that town Walterboro again. MARIAE

It is easy to understand what happened to this once proud restaurant...they're dirty ...bathrooms like NY subway bathrooms ..foors greasy and littered ...management neglect from blind eyes fro success and profits ..
