They need to change their chicken receipt back the way it used to to be

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE.....you choose the option to deliver HOT FOOD to HAND TO PERSON, NOT dump it at door step, and what do they do? They don't knock, they dump the bags on the pavement in the HOT SUN and when I finally realized it was out there, it was covered in ants!!! I wrote and said I wanted a refund for this no uneatable food (that cost me over $40) and their reply?...they send me a USELESS coupon that must be used 'in' their store, after i told them I was never shopping this co. again! I hope they go under...they certainly don't deserve to stay in business the way they treat customers, where all they care about is the 'bottom line$$'.....I will spread the word as to their HORRIFIC DELIVERY PRACTISES and not even caring to fix the issue!

We went there for breakfast. Our favorite selections were gone. Also gone was the biscuit and cornbread basket. The coffee was awfull! Sorry - you have lost us forever! There are much better breakfast places.

Cracker Barrel, you've been a trusted friend for 40 years and could always be counted on for friendly service and great food. Sadly, that's no longer the case. I've given you chance and chance over the past couple years and you've let me down time after time. Today was the last straw with poor quality food and terrible service. Goodbye for good as you've lost my business permanently.

I rarely complain as a business owner we can have a bad day. This was so bad my wife and I could not eat it. Not like it use to be.

The hash brown casserole recipe has been changed and NOT for the better! It's just cheese and bacon and smoke flavor. Disgusting. The breading on the chicken fried chicken was overwhelming--thick and pasty. The biscuits were hard, the cornbread dense and salty. The outgoing CEO screwed up the menu and everything else. It's a terrible shame that the Board of Directors accepted her dismal leadership for too long. The order was ready on time but that's the only positive I can leave.

Our breakfast was cold gravy hard n cold biscuits egg not cooked done it was awful we had it bad last time we ate there but gave another chance we use to love to eat there sorry I hop n waffle house now

Was there last weekend was treated very poorly by the staff in alma, ar. Ur staff never came back to get our food order two disabled senior citizens got tea and water never came back no straws no food order 20 min later no food I was so mad I told the manager no offer to make it better either whoever doesn't wanna work shouldnt be there we drove from ft smith to eat there my friend is on dialysis sad and very hurtful he was weak and no food no excuse either
