Travelling to Florida, stopped in to a Barrel. In short, was served glass in my salad which I happened to swallow. Wrote Cracker Barrel and they were kind enough not to accept any responsibility, tried to keep me happy with a tokan gift card. No representative followed up if I was ok, no one followed up when I wrote I was not happy with their settlement of this matter. Cracker Barrel decided to ignore me and hope I go away.

One cashier when we got in line. Waited 20min until a second cashier shows up. We were next in line to be checked out, but the second cashier skipped us and helped the folks behind us (UNACCEPTABLE). The second cashier should have started with the next person in line, which was us. We complained to her that she was wrong, but she insisted she was right and there wasn't a problem. We called for the manager, but he was unsure how to handle the issue at first. After a few minute discussion with the manager, he agreed she was wrong and apologized. Cracker Barrel-you are HORRIBLE.

Stop today ordered a hamburger steak and gravy along with greens an biscuits we never received any biscuits hamburger steak was so tough it wasn’t eatable it was like nobody really cared so I’ll pass it on by from now on

The Cracker Barrel in Kingsland Georgia, is without a doubt, become one of the worst for quality, I’ve yet to experience. This is the second time this month, I’m giving them a negative review. I don’t know what has happened to Cracker Barrel’s stellar and upstanding reputation. I’m so disappointed. I’m trying to give them a chance, but I don’t see any improvement. I placed take out for a salad. If they are unable to deliver in time as promised, then don’t tell me ten minutes when it’s actually forty-five. I work, therefore I depend on your word.

It's easy to see why cracker barrel is going out of business. The wait staff is disinterested. The prices are considerably higher than other chains. The food is nowhere near the quality of Cracker Barrel. What a disappointment!

"Crispy" fried chicken tenders were super soggy. Steam baby carrots were cold. They used to be good. No More 5 barfs.

Wife and I stopped at Cracker Barrel CB036803Trussville,Al 06/19/2024 ticket shows time 02:51pm. We ordered a meat loaf dinner and chicken dumplings. We travel thur B’ham often and had stopped at this Cracker Barrel about a month ago for breakfast and service and food was terrible then. When our meals came it was all dumplings no chicken at all. I couldn’t eat the meat loaf. I ask for manager he came in about 6-8 minutes didn’t seem very concerned but did send another order of dumplings. It was no better than the other one. I told him about the meat loaf but no response. We left the cashier ask about meal I told it was awful but we paid. This restaurant is a disaster dirty tables rest room awful employees standing around talking. Was 2 more tables around us and they were as unhappy I was.

Stopped for lunch on 6/22/24 around noon - Fairburn, Ga. Store C80700 off I-85. Mashed potatoes stuck to plastic plate (under heat too long?). Cold slaw cabbage was pinkish in color (old or exposed to air for too long?). Pintos were mash (could not find one bean). Had to ask for silverware twice after food served and then for missing napkin. These requests required the waiter to disappear for lengths of time. Hallway floor where servers gather was dirty. RR not busy, but service slow. Then, at check-out I was asked to rate the RR on cleanliness and the system would not complete my transaction until it was completed! Nothing but annoyances and disappointment all around. Little wonder their stock is cratering and management seems in disarray as I think they have lost consistency in food quality and service. I am not writing this to receive platitudes or a coupon for a free lunch - rather to hopefully wake up management.
