I love their food, but their website is hot garbage. I have spent over 30 minutes trying to order 3 items. The cart cannot be clicked by itself, you have to add an item to access it. Then the items disappear and reappear. And then it times out and you have to start over. Then the items that you ordered earlier will reappear and others will disappear.

I would give a zero but that’s not an option! I was in the Wrentham MA restaurant I saw a young girl come into the building and state it was her first day. The manager Rodney approached her and told her her shoes were improper they were not nonslip. The young girl stated she had other shoes in the car. The young girl returned stated they were not in the car. Manager told her to go get proper shoes. The young girl left and returned short time later with proper shoes. Rodney then told her she needed to leave and go get a proper shirt. This is a new employee on her first day there are dress codes was this given to this young girl when hired? Rodney took the time to look at her and tell her her shoes were in proper why wouldn’t her tell her at the same time her shirt was improper? This manager spoke to this young girl in front of customers and employees on her first day and was in my opinion rude! I am sorry but I feel this was harassment and bullying send her out once to correct the problem. This manager has no management skills this should have been a private conversation and maybe a time to review the dress code with your employee on her first day. It was obvious she felt embarrassed but good for her she went out purchased a shirt and returned for a third time. That’s an employee I would want working on my team for me!

While on a tour bus we stopped for lunch in Tallahassee and service was poor. We placed our order and approximately 15 minutes later waitress came and told us she was out of lettuce (no salad). Then about 6 minutes after that told us they were out of pot pie. No pot pie! Then our order came and scrambled eggs were fried. 3 out of 4 orders busted. We were the first to our table and the last to get food. On our way home we stopped in Jacksonville. We were the first ones seated and next to last served. Our leader finally got his but took it in a Togo bag. Waitress was overly charming with calling us sunshine, sweety, and fake in every way. Cheeseburger came with no mayonnaise, no catsup, lettuce or tomatoes x when asked to bring brought catsup and mustard 10 minutes later. Dumplings were short and while waiting and waiting she told us everything was ready but short one side of dumplings. We told her to bring what was ready. The country fried steak was hard and not good. The ticket was together although we told her separate and had to be divided at checkout. Needless to say Never again will we eat at Cracker Barrel!

My husband and I ate at cracker barrel on Monday October 21, 2024. We ate breakfast. We ate eggs, pancakes, fried apples and sausage. My husband got the worst heartburn of his life. About 6:30 pm I got chills and started to feel terrible. I woke up Tuesday morning. I was extremely nauseated and had diarrhea. I think I had food poisoning. I have not felt that bad or that sick ever. We think it was the sausage. I have cracker barrel gift cards and I'm throwing them away. I NEVER want to feel that bad again.

We travel a lot and Cracker Barrel use to be our Go To place. The service never recovered since COVID. The wait staff doesn't seem to be trained or care about the customers. We have experienced the same problem in 5 southern states. I hear that CB is changing their menu. In our opinion, the menu is not the problem. The big CB in the sky needs to pay attention to the many complaints and fix their problem. Hire good people and pay them a decent wage. A lot of our friends feel the same way. It in unfortunate.

I stopped and picked up a salad with grill chicken and soup, when I got home to open it up the salad was so brown and old and chicken tough and burned, I threw it in the garbage. The soup was watery with very few veggies, it also went to trash, very disappointed in Bera Cracker Barrel, will not order anything there again

Ordered a Coke Zero, it was flat. They brought me another, also flat. Still had to pay for it. Also ordered chicken and dumplings. Good dumplings, but very little chicken. I needed a refill on my ice water, but the server I asked didn't bring me one.

The worst! We use to love Cracker Barrel but we stopped going in 2023. The food was not good and they have forgotten who their customers are. But we thought let's give them another try. We were driving by there anyway. But the food was still not good. I had the Shepherd's Pie and it tasted - off. When you hear brown gravy you expect it to taste like brown gravy. Food took 30 mins. I feel for the cooks. it's a hard job. CB - Spend more money to make money! Hire some cooks! But the worst thing was I needed to use the rest room because of meds I take and there was not any toilet paper in the men's room. I told 3 different employees about it and 15 minutes later - the woman at the register said the mangers take care of that! Fat lot of help that is! I left and went across the street to McDonald's (Colubis exit I65) which had cleaner and nicer restrooms than Cracker Barrel. McD's was also playing Christian music! And there was paper! A young guy was even in there cleaning them and made sure the soap dispenser worked for me because they had some trouble form one of them. How nice! The Quarter pounder is not the tastiest burger around but it would have been better than that Shepherd's Pie! We will not be back... With the company losing money and the stock price cut in half you would think they would not be looking to change as much as they need to return to their roots! CB is a Tennessee company with a CEO trying to make them a New York Company! But that's not who the bulk of the customers are! CB-You better wise up! FAST! CB is on the same path as Subway and Red Lobster - They are also probably not long for this world.
