My family used to enjoy going to Cracker Barrel over the years, from the reasonable prices, to the large portions, to the gift shop and to sitting on the rocking chairs on the outside porch. Over the last 2 yrs and this last year especially, the prices have went way up and the portions have gotten smaller. Sorry to say, we won't be back.

Take me out is what I use most of the time since covid. Unbelievable screwups every time I pick my order up, yes. The only reason I put up with this B S is my 88 year old Mom likes the food. They have changed their website, NOW it’s even worse than it was. No way I would continue to patronize this place if not for Mom.

Do not go to Cracker Barrel on Mother's Day or Father's Day if you have more than 4 people! They have very limited seating for any group 5 or more. They will not deviate & put tables together for your group when your name comes up. Instead you have to wait until the large group ahead of you vacates the table. We were told at 12:04 that it would be a 1.5 hour wait. It was much longer than 2 hours. We ordered & from finally got our food at 3:11. Cracker Barrel needs to get a better system in place. The food was good, but the wait was ridiculous. Would have rather been told up front about limitations on group of seating.

We waited 7 minutes waiting for a waitress, there were only 3 of us in the whole restaurant. Ketchup was given in packets 🤨

Waiting to get a table all customers are gathering together no six feet spacing at all and staff or managers seen to not care about this situation. Also to pay your bill is the same situation no social DISTANCING at all.

*Update* Corp called. Had good conversation & apologizes. Satisfied issue was check, everything good, thanks Bad fish. Didn’t smell or taste bad just wasn’t fresh. Hush puppies were very dark like old oil. 3 hours after eating bowels rumbled bad and the end result wasn’t pretty.

I just went to cracker barrel for lunch 3/15/21 Friday. Any way the wait was long ok I don't mine waiting as long if I don't faint. I ordered grilled catfish it was delicious, pen to beans were cold corn muffins were cold n dry. Coleslaw was delicious. I also ordered a pudding clustered pie crust was cold. Meal was 17.99 manager discounted pie. I'm going to think very hard before going again. Prices are too high n not up to par.

Been a customer for over at this food chain for over 10 years. Never had a problem with the food that I'm aware of. The last few months the food has been very good like always but the side dishes have been coming out and being served to me with a piece of hair. This is no mistake because its the second time the side dishes are with hair, on January 4th 2021, Not a great start for the New Year!
