There were six of us on a Wednesday evening at the Bismarck Cracker Barrel. They were short staffed but we lucked up in getting the best waitress that has ever served me. Her name was Camryn and you could not ask for a more pleasant and efficient person to take orders and serve your food. Every time she walked by she had a smile on her face. Everyone at our table commented on her personality being so good. The food was good too and plentiful. My wife and I are there two other times during our five day stay in Bismarck. We didn't see Camryn again but every server we had was very pleasant and did a good job. All of this is a positive reflection on the management of this Cracker Barrel. They were working with short staff due to the inability to find workers during Covid. Everyone we met there was great. We are from the south and were treated like we were at home. This was in June of 2021. We were so impressed with the service that I called the manager the next week just to let her know how Camryn and the rest of the staff there made our travels a little better.

Poor review. went to one in fredericksburg va. they put us on call for 15 min wait. they took our # was supposed to call. half hr later I went in. he said they took us off the list and can put us back on. another 15 min wait. no thanks. went to red lobstter instead

I found this branch when staying in Orlando. Having experienced good food, a great server who understands how to look after customers, I asked to speak to the Manager. He came out to meet me inside 30 seconds, and was dumbfounded that I had taken the trouble to express my thanks to him about his staff for going above & beyond what I would expect. Mr Simmons is a great Manager & hope he continues to grow his business & make tourists happy for years to come.

Quick service. Had the maple chicken and it was delicious!

I haven't been to Cracker Barrel since Covid started. I came to the Manassas, Va location, because I live a city over from it. I ordered to go. Kimberly took my order. I was ordering the wrong breakfast entree for what I wanted, and she assisted me, making sure I got the right order and the best price! She was SO patient, and brought my food to the cash register with a smile. I'll definitely be back, and appreciate her kindness!

We loved the food, service, and atmosphere in the Couer D'Alene Cracker Barrel restaurant in Idaho! We would totally recommend it to anyone who has one near them. They catered well to my brother's allergy-related food limitations, and the manager was even willing to go and cook something special. Thank you!
