Ordered 2 roast beef dinners. Mashed potatoes were gray, hard and cold. The meat was very tender but NO GRAVY. Biscuits were soft and good. Portions of sides were small. I think the cooks need to look at the pictures of what the food should look like before they send it out. Very disappointed in the meal. Won't be going back and not worth $12.00 a plate. Quality of food and service has gone down considerably.

I have loved CB for many years but object to the omission many items that I just love: rib eye steak; blueberry muffins and now oat meal. There is no excuse for this.

What restaurant runs out of straws and napkins????? Waitress Janet couldn't get anyone's order correct. We sent back twice just to have the same food reappear. Food was cold, and country fried steak was dry and hard. Some of us were missing food and kept having to ask. Asked three times for jam for the biscuits and finally got it when we were finished. We ordered a dinner for take out, but no surprise she brought it out on a plate. We then sat for 15 minutes waiting for checks, and had to walk back to the kitchen just to find someone to help. This was the THIRD bad experience at this particular Cracker Barrel, and will truly be our LAST visit.

For a long time, it was a real pleasure to eat at Cracker Barrel and enjoy the Gift Shop. The last two visits, the quality of the food has deteriorated substantially. You have the market. Let's do better on food quality!

Ten minute wait turned into forty minutes. Took forever for the waiter to come. Got drinks after our food and still waiting on our first refill. Probably not getting it would be my guess. People coming in after us got their food before us. Love Cracker Barrel but this was not a good experience!!

I tried to order via the app FOUR TIMES! The order would not go through. First time i called the morristown CB the lady was not helpful at all and said I'd just have to come in and hung up. I called after the fourth time trying the APP and was told very nicely that he could not take my curbside order over the phone. You must improve this process or you will be losing customers such as me and my whole family.

I've been loving Cracker Barrel since the 80's. However, they must have lowered standards as to food quality and quantity. The biscuits are smaller, the chicken and dumplings gravy is runny, the sausage overcooked and hard, the roast beef fatty and potatoes weird. Not much chicken with the dumplings. Has management changed core values? If it ain't broken don't fix it. Sorry to see this dependable food and quaity so in question.

Waiting for a table at this Lafayette, la Cracker Barrel was horrible. I waited 1 hour instead of the 30 minutes they said when asked why the wait when there are many table available they said it was on hold for the grill to get caught up on. They could have been more professional and customer friendly by seating everyone and serving beverages until they took order. Once seated they inform me there will be another 30 minute wait.Not very pleased and don’t know if we are coming back!!!
