100% INVALID in Australia, so please don't waste your money on MyCPR Now certificates. Their certificates just show titles like CPR/AED + First Aid Certification but they cannot provide course numbers like HLTAID009, or HLTAID012. Without these numbers, any First Aid or CPR is invalid in Australia. When I contacted them to provide the number on the course certificate they said they can't do that, so on what basis they are conducting courses in Australia?? this is ridiculous. I wasted $77 on CPR/AED + FIRST AID.

Anitha, Thank you for sharing your comments. We are a US-based company. We state this on every product page, in the FAQ, in the Terms of Use (linked on every page) and in the Terms and Conditions. We are very clear that we are US-based and if you are an international purchaser, you should check local regulations prior to purchase. We do not "conduct courses in Australia". We offer courses online, which can be accessed anywhere throughout the world with an internet connection.

I only did the first aid course now November and I get a certificate dated from 11.03.24 - 11.03.25. I was also annoyed that I didn't get the test page back so I could find out what questions I answered incorrectly. If possible, would like a certificate dated from November not March.

Katherine, Thank you for your comments. We are a US-based company and use a US dating format (month/day/year). Though we appreciate the feedback, your certificate is dated correctly (by US standards). Prior to selecting "continue to checkout" you have an opportunity to not proceed and review all graded answers. We appreciate your business and would appreciate an upgraded review, as your concerns have been addressed in the above answers.

Biggest scam ever, do not waste your money on this online course. May be ok if you live in the US but not Australia. Should not be sold and advertised in Australia Will receive an unusable certificate and not get a refund due to them sending you a downloadable certificate.

We are a US-based certification. This is made very clear on multiple pages on our site and also that acknowledgement is agreed to prior to purchase. We cannot offer refunds because we cannot retract our product. This policy, for fraud prevention, is for the safety of everyone.

I recently completed the CPR and First Aid certification through MyCPR NOW and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the course material and exams. The online format allowed me to learn at my own pace, which was perfect for my busy schedule. The course content was comprehensive and up-to-date, ensuring I gained valuable knowledge that could truly make a difference in an emergency situation. I highly recommend MyCPR NOW to anyone looking to gain essential life-saving skills efficiently and effectively.

*****TO ANYONE IS AUSTRALIA Do not waste your money. You will not be certified. When you are wanting an accredited certificate look elsewhere. I wasted $49 and are waiting on response for a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a US-based company and abide by US-standards. You can find this information on each product page and in our FAQ and terms. We recommend checking with employers and knowing local regulations prior to purchase. That is also clearly stated in FAQ, product pages and terms.

My employer recommended this course, he did it himself. I took one look at it and my first impression was people's lives depend on me. Not a chance. This is for people looking for shortcuts. If you get questions wrong you simply redo them until you get them right. There are no redos in a real life situation.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. We can appreciate that your employer recommended our course. It is important to note that AHA and Red Cross CPR-related certifications are all open source and allow retesting. We follow US-standards and have certified many thousands throughout the US and internationally. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at: [email protected]

The certificates are not accredited, meaning they are not accepted by any organisation and this needs to be explicitly stated on their website. People need to be informed of this prior to spending money on a falsely advertised service, that will require them to go elsewhere in the end. Disappointing.

MyCPR NOW is a US-based company. Our courses and products are based on US standards. We state this on our site on each product description, FAQ and terms. Although we have certified many thousands throughout the United States and internationally, we recommend checking with employers and understanding local and regional requirements for certification in your area prior to purchase. All of this information is stated on numerous website pages, as stated above.
