We understand that you may have expected a different outcome for your device, but we want to clarify that the issue you encountered was due to the device not meeting the supported criteria outlined in our service description and guidelines. In our service description, we clearly stated that certain device models are not supported due to specific locks. The description explicitly mentioned, "The phone should not be locked by device services, payment services, KG (Knox Guard) or MDM (Mobile Device Management)." This requirement was put in place to ensure a successful repair process.
