I called to ask questions and ended up purchasing my SoClean on the phone. The very nice lady who took my order was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I ordered an additional battery for my SimplyGo Mini oxygen concentrator. This was an easy purchase using their website. The battery was delivered a day later than expected but was no fault of CPAP Direct as the snowstorms impacted deliveries. It was one additional day and that was no problem. My original battery was beginning to give me warning that no oxygen was flowing and to change concentrators. That battery was a little over two years old and I now will use as a backup only when necessary. Thanks CPAP Direct, will continue to order from your company going forward for my needs.
