Great product, quick delivery

Reliable and had no issues.

Excellent and prompt

The adapter that was purchased worked perfectly and was easily connected.

I ordered the SoClean as a gift for my aunt who is at the age when manually cleaning her CPAP device had become a rather challenging chore. When I initially phoned Cpapdirect to place the order, I did not have the necessary information regarding the model of my aunt's CPAP, but the CPAPdirect representative was remarkably patient and very efficient, helping me to identify the model and make. Shipping on the order was free, and it was shipped very, very quickly. The SoClean arrived just as promised at my aunt's home and she is thoroughly enjoying the convenience with which she can thoroughly sanitize her CPAP. Thanks so much, Cpapdirect!
