Miss led that the filters were needed for my new device . I bought them for 18$ Not needed. Bought the 2nd year of insurance because it was a good deal seeing that the filters that I didn’T need were free.i feel I got taken

The product was not as advertised on TV. It would have been Inconvenient to use as we have two machines in different parts of the house. It would not have worked on the machine with a humidifier as the tank had to be removed from the machine to be filled. A Product Return Form was requested and received from CPAPDirect. The product was returned to CPAPDirect unused and in the original container on 12 December, 2017 with UPS tracking number 1Z1155700306805728. Records indicate that it was delivered to the address given on the product return form on Dec. 19, 2017. if there are any questions please contact me at the following address. Donald R. Don - Just want to make sure you know that we are not SoClean, so we do no have any input into the TV commercials. However, we will make sure to provide them with your input. We are at least happy that you we're able to get our Return form and return the product for a refund. I was able to verify the product was in fact received on our end a refund was issued. I ordered a Large ResMed AirFit F10 Headgear Assembly and appears to fit more like an extra large size. I fit the head gear with my face mask and all of the adjustments are now at max. This leaves me without any room to adjust the head gear over he next few months. Not pleased with your Product. :(
