The unit I ordered was to replace an older unit that stopped working .I was familiar with the unit and knew what I needed. I did not include an adaptor on the order, since I already had what I needed The person processing the order did not know this, and took the time to call to see if I needed an adaptor. A very considerate way to be helpful.

They should probably ask about the type of machine that you have so that you can get all the proper equipment right up front. Even if it cost a little extra.

I sincerely wish you offered scheduled systematic auto-shipments to assure replenished products.
