Received order in a timely manner. However, I can not purchased, in the future, from any companies that share in support of the current political leadership in your city and state. Complete lawlessness.

I am very unhappy with your customer service return policy. I am still trying to return a SoClean machine. I've been communicating with Greg via e-mail. I purchased a SoClean for my brother who was very ill in the hospital. I was told he was going home with a CPAP but it turned out to be a ventilator and it was incompatible with the SoClean. He never used the machine and I tried to return it. The return address is about 1 mile form where he lives but I am being told it is a shipping warehouse only and doesn't accept walk-ins. My brother is bed ridden so someone else will have to return the machine. But I'm being told to return it via UPS - which is five miles the other direction from his apt. and the warehouse. He doesn't have computer or printer capabilities so he can't print off labels or get packaging. I live on the Outer Banks so I is impossible for me to help.

We have reached out to this customer on this issue. We are working closely with them and giving a few options to get the return back for a refund. The customer has been sent a return label and will be refunded once the item(s) have been returned.

I have not received my mask as yet. To be fair we are in the middle of a crisis so the mail may be overwhelmed. It is now May 8 and I still do not have my mask. Please look into this

Patricia - I'm afraid we do not have an order in our system for the items you reference. Please feel free to reach out to our sales team at [email protected] with any questions and we'd be happy to look into this further.

I purchased the SoClean and the website fails to mention that it voids my ResMed warranty. Now I am stuck spending $50 to return a product I can not lose. I feel like they should help pay for the return shipping.
Response from CPAPdirect.comJun 1, 2020
Hello Joseph - we sent you an email about the process for the return of that device for a full refund, along with a few links to the manufacturer that addresses the issues you are concerned with. I still the device was not returned as of 6/1/2020. We are trying to help you, but you will need to engage if you wish to return the unit for a refund.

I don't like the customer service.I spent a lot of money for a Philips INNOSPIRE GOPortable nebulizer.I won't recommend this company I hope people read this and shop with a different company if they need to order this item. No Return Policy.

UPDATE: Our GM has reached out to Nancy and has not heard back so we can resolve whatever issue there might be. Still waiting. CPAP Direct. Hi Nancy - our General Manager has reached out to you to find out what the issue might be related to the item you purchased. Please be on the lookout for that email. It's unclear as to why you would suggest customers not to buy from our company due to a return policy if they need this product. We stand behind all products we sell and if there are any issues, they are always resolved.

Needed an adapter but the website did not ask what type of cpap machine I was using so it was left up to me to figure out. In the end, I was new to the cpap world, it may have said I may need an adapter but didn't say I did or ask for machine model. Either way I didn't get it free. Luckily it was only 20 dollars.

Hi Luther - I've taken a look at your order. The website does in fact make it clear that you "May" require an adapter. I see we tried to contact you about the possibility of the need for an Adapter for the SoClean you ordered. Since we could not reach you. we relaesed your order so as to not hold that up. We do offer that Adapter for free (at the time of the original purchase and even if the original order has shipped). If you need the Adapter, please let us know. Thank you.

I purchased an air mini which does not work at all. The sounds of my breathing are completely different from my Resmed machine. I cannot use it and you would not arrange a return. Since you will not accept returns, I must trash it. Terribly unhelpful customer service for a device that I feel you are well aware of it’s shortcomings! Very disappointing experience.
Response from CPAPdirect.comNov 21, 2017
Michael - We are very sorry about your experience with the AirMini. We have searched our records and cannot find you as a customer for this product. I can assure you, our customer service team would not handle this situation as you described. Our GM has reached out to you. Please respond to him when you get the chance. We'd like to help resolve this in any way we can. Thank you. GR

I ordered a mask that has the memory foam to see if it would be easier to use. the mask came and it would not fir my head gear..Same brand but not any good way to verify what it would fit.. SOOO I decided to order the entire headgear with the memory foam and i would have an extra mask. it looked like the correct so I ordered it. It came but with the wrong mask. No more ordering from online anymore.
