I received the so-clean as a birthday gift, this was a very expensive gift and I could not afford the so-clean to buy for myself. That said it is the greatest gift ever....the task of having to clean the mask and tubing every 2-3 days is and was such a TASK and never knowing if it sat long enough in suds and water or if I rinsed it long enough or if it hung long enough to be dry enough. I REALLY LOVE MINE once set up no fuss.... Some how this machine needs to be made less expensive so other people can buy one. THANK YOU, Linda C

I could not understand the directions in the book for setting up the cleaner to my Cpap. I called for help. I got connected to a lady who walked me through the setup. Step by step.. She was very patient and explained everything in detail. She was the most helpful person I ever had helping me through a problem on the phone. My cleaner is working excellent.

I just love my cpap cleaner, the machine tells you when to order new filters in advance so you'll have it when it's time to replace it. I ordered mine and got them in about a week or less . Easy to order and easy to replace.

About six months ( a year?) ago, we bought this and then returned it. It seemed not what TV had advertised. After seeing another TV ad recently, we decided to try again. Husband and I set aside one day to sit and read the literature and manual together and figure it out. Next we called the toll free number for help in assembly with my CPAP. We were patiently directed and helped and have found the whole thing VERY rewarding. Cuts back on times I really have to hand wash my mask/hose and I love the heated hose results at night!! Also love the fact that the equipment gets 'cleaned' daily!
