Customer service rep, Ryan, was extremely helpful in resolving our leak issue with the SoClean2. I was concerned that we would be stuck with a non-functioning machine because the trial period was about to end. Ryan was committed to both the quality of the SoClean equipment and to us, as customers. He assisted in resolving the problem and we are now quite satisfied with performance of the machine but, most importantly, with the attitude and helpfulness of cpapdirect staff.

It was nice to find a supplier that sells replacement parts for masks rather than to have to buy with headgear. That gets very expensive. I had inadvertently ordered the wrong mask and it was good that I was able to change before it shipped. Have you ever considered doing an auto subscription program or sending reminder emails when it is time to replace?
