The product I ordered was damaged and unusable. I have reached out to their customer service email three times and no response. Their website does not have a phone number, and to process returns, you have a 14-day window, but need to contact their customer service to initiate. TERRIBLE!

Cozyllio advertised with a clear photo of a product that arrived looking nothing like it was supposed to be. I asked for a full refund, they offer $4.25! There action was illegal for it clearly was bait and which. Even though it was their error, they wanted me accept what I did not order. This company should be shutdown. If you make purchase with them, don’t expect their help if an issue arrives.

never recieved product, shipped to my house, that is not true,my order was for the fix flat tire plugs, $ 17.94, never got them. they got their money, left me with nothing. gonna post on face book about this scam .

I bought some wild flower seeds for £20. 12 grams of dust arrived. When I wanted to return them they wouldn't let me as apparently it's not a quality issue. I wish I could give zero stars. Bunch of scammers

Ordered a hummingbird feeder for months and lots of emails and never received my order. They claim it was delivered and left in my mailbox. Which checking my ring camera it was never delivered the week before or the week after. Sent proof to this company with no refund or replacement DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
