CozyllioReviews of cozyllio.com

If I could give negative stars I would. Fast shipping ??? Absolutely not. Headrest hardest hanger- in purchased advertised in USA. Lies !!! It’s all from Hong Kong !! I’m trying to keep this review clean, it’s very challenging. Hate this company!! Asked for my money back and they said- oh , so sorry. Your package is in customs in Houston on its way to you. This was 2 weeks ago. Haven’t even gotten the product to know and verify that I got ripped off like all the other victims on here.

Ordered the biggest belt and send couple sizes down, can't even be bothered sending back as took forever too get here, thought it would at least come in box considering was £15.00 yet just thrown in a bag

I recently wrote a terrible review about my experience with this company, but I have to say they took action on my complaint and made everything right and satisfactory. 👍

I ordered the sunshade which did not have a hard handle. I received one with a hard handle. So they sent the wrong sunshade - I contacted them and they apologized for the inconvenience - asked for pictures of the one I received. I received a message today - saying the sent me the correct sunshade. So I feel like I was scammed by them. A 1 star is a generous review ! Judy Edington

I ordered a car sunvisor. They sent me a used one that it was alls scratched up ! These people should not be scamming people

I ordered a product from Cozyllio. They were a little crazy to provide the tracking number of the suppose shipment. Tracking this order, I noticed that it took 8 days from the time the order was placed to the time it left China. The flight itself took 5 days. And as of August 19th it has been sitting at the airport in the US and has not moved for eight days. A quick email to the company resulted in a note back to me that said I should be more patient. I just think that I need to be smarter and not order from these pirate companies.

One star is generous. Extremely long shipping and delivery time only to receive overwhelming low quality products that are very expensive compared to what could be found on Amazon. Do NOT buy from these scammers.

Made an order 7/2/26 . Today is 8/16/26 still haven't received my order. Contacted customer service through email asking for a refund they refused because the package is in transit. It's been in transit stuck at the same place for 18 days. Will never order from here again. And would advise that no one order any of there products.
