Worst scam ever. I ordered two dog beds on December 22 and I have not received my delivery, I have sent them numerous emails with no response. Do not buy from this scammers ever again.

Ordered a dog bed asked when it was shipped,they assured me it had done,I asked for a tracking and no response even after 8 requests. Why these places are allowed yo steal from people is beyond me shame on you I work hard for the money, I earn.

Why does the BBB not shut this site down. No one gets their orders and no refunds! Worst on line shopping experience ever. Order 11/30/22 received email saying it had shipped but no tracking number. Contacted customer service with one response and then nothing. Multiple attempts to contact customer service again with no response. Never order from them!!!

Same reviews as other people ordered bed said it had been delivered FedEx said wrong tracking number. Sent numerous emails but no response.

Item never received although it claims it was. UPS won’t provide info because my address doesn’t match the address they have. Proof of delivery was to a Walter at the dock. I have no dock. I don’t know a Walter. I called both UPS and USPS and they have nobody. Have received little to no communication despite trying to chat, call and email. Latest communication they provided me with a new UPS tracking # that isn’t even a valid number. It’s not the money, it’s the scam. I only bought 1 bed. I see folks have bought several!

No stars for this scam site ,but had to put something. All the reviews describe what they do every time,with the delaying tactics and fake Fedex numbers. They also reinvent themselves every few days for their bogus advertising. Raised a claim with my bank and was refunded....PLEASE STOP ORDERING FROM COZY COVE!!

Don't bother. Purchased 2 dog beds early december 2022. No beds and have contacted customer support a number of times with no response. If you want your item do not purchase with this shoddy company. Will pay full price next time.

Cozycove, do not deliver the items everyone is paying for, they advertise on Facebook and they are Scammers, they take your money from your bank and credit cards and they hardly if ever answer with the support that they ask you to contact if there are any issue and I have sent them at least 20 emails etc. I ordered a paw shaped bed for my dog in November 2022 and still have received nothing , no tracking number, or anything to say it will be delivered. I live in Perth , Western Australia, Australia and this site should be taken down from Facebook, This is Thieving and Scamming from everyday people and these sites have to be stopped, this site you cannot pay with PayPal, so there is no safety area with your details and payment cards. I wish somebody from Consumer Affairs or an Advocate of some sort stop these SCUM BAGS from ever doing this again. I am a firm believer in Karma and I am wishing this in this company and people so that they never see light of day.
