So far, I am very happy with the product!!

I ordered a 6 pack and only received 1 bottle. I did email the company and they responded, but I had already contacted my credit card company and had charges adjusted. I will try again.

I ordered 2 bottles of Covixyl for an upcoming trip. I wanted to make sure I got the order in time, so I placed my order 15 days before my trip. I was happily surprised when the order was delivered in 6 days. Unfortunately that is where the good part ends. Instead of receiving the 2 bottles that I ordered, there was only one in the package. Right away I went to contact the company about the problem. I found that there is no way of contacting the company via phone, they only use email. So I sent the email using the button on the company website. That was 3 days ago. Since that time, I sent another email using the link from the delivery confirmation email, and another using the same email address directly from my email program. I still have heard nothing. This makes me question whether the review referencing "excellent customer service" was even real.

Product arrived super late and sent to the wrong address

With the increased of the Covid 19 it brings me less stress and anxiety to catch this virus since I work in nursing field.

For some unknown reason, this company ships via DHL who then gives your package to the post office to deliver. This method makes it take at least a week just to leave the state it shipped from. Why, oh why do you want to anger your customers like this? If they shipped USPS, it would get here in 2 days. This insane method they use makes it take 10 to 14 days.
