Came in to get some information on loans in Bartlesville. Very clean store, easy to find, quiet location. Spoke with Victoria, she was very nice and explained how things work to where I could understand all of the details. Unlike other places, I did not feel like I was wasting their time just asking for information. I will definitely be back for my loan! I would highly recommend Convington for loans!

I came to this company not for a need but a way to build my credit and have diversity in my credit file. The ladies are so friendly and always smiling. Also, l was asked about a loan from a friend and l referred this company.

I went to Covington Credit in Beaumont, Texas the day before Hurricane Laura was about to hit. I got there after they were closed, Stephanie Johnson the manager told me to come back the next morning and she would help me. The evacuation had already started, but Stephanie came up there the next morning even though their office was technically closed and she should have been evacuating herself. If she had not done that, we would not have had the money to leave and had a Cat 4 hurricane headed directly our way. Thank God our house was not hit, but, it meant a lot to me that she cared that much. Stephanie in particular came highly recommended from a co-worker, and now I know why. It is so nice to see someone who cares.
