I’d give 0 stars if I could. Received products that are completely different to what was advertised, went back and forth with Deborah regarding returning them and was made to feel as though it was my burden to bear, despite the products being incorrect! Emails are now not being sent. AVOID

I would give this a minus if I could I have ordered for the second time thinking I ordered wrongly the first time, the products have again arrived the wrong item absolute crap and cannot get any info to complain or get a refund do not order from this company it’s a scam

Absolute rubbish took weeks to arrive sent several e-mails eventually got a response blaming shipping company, they are nothing like the one’s advertised. Cant even get access to their supposed site safari just says can’t reach site obviously a scam firm reported to PayPal … AVOID

I’d like to give zero stars if I could. I ordered two lip liners and they took weeks to arrive and every time I tried to check progress of the order I couldn’t get on to the covher website, it said ‘safari can’t find server’. My bank wouldn’t give me a refund until I could prove I’d contacted the company but you can’t. The item finally arrived and there weren’t even covher pens they had a different name. They’re not the right shade and they are rubbish. Total scam and waste of money.

Well I’ve read the reviews now and wish I hadn’t bothered. I haven’t even received anything yet and it’s been weeks. I’ve tried to track my order, and go to the shop via the link provided and everything comes up ‘can’t connect to the server’. This is SO annoying!!!!! Reminder the self and others - do a review on companies and items before you order. Scam companies are rife now…. 😡😡😡😡

Stay put lip liner - ABSOLUTELY NOT. Wish I was a slick influencer so I could post exactly how the product really works. Left it on over 15 mins and it wiped straight off the back of hand and my mouth. And transferred to a tissue. My £4.99 Rimmel lasts longer and that isn’t marketed as long lasting. This is a scam product DO NOT BUY

This company is committing fraud. They do not send out the product shown in their advertisements. They sent me Langmanni lipliners instead of the nice ones shown in the ad. These lipliners are sold on Temu - 12 for $6.69! I asked them (over and over) to send me the correct product. They refused, probably because there is no real Covher product!

Two items received, not as shown as on order, sub standard lip liners, not even the right colours. Having a mare getting a refund. They won’t accept responsibility for sending incorrect products. Another Chinese scam company
